Got a couple cheese steak sandwiches tonight and noticed how light my sandwich was when I took it out of the bag. Sadly, as... with most restaurants nowadays, they?re trying to get away with providing less but charging more. This place used to havedelicious cheese steaks loaded with ingredients. Well I don't normally comment on the cleanliness of a facility, because that has little to do with their food, I think it should... be noted that this place was filthy. I tried to snap some photos to show you, but the photos won't do it justice. They need tospend some serious time cleaning up the place. A little investment could make the place look a whole lot better. I will say,that this place is pricey as well. For two 12-in footlongs, it was almost $30. I figured $20 at most, but there you have it. Thefootlongs were okay, and they seem to be lacking cheese. It is too bad because a lot of people spoke highly of this place. This place has THE BEST cheese steak sandwiches HOWEVER they are NEVER open! When we go (3x now) there is a sign on the door... saying they are closed ?due to labor shortage?. Now the recording on the phone says they will be ?Closed until Monday at 10am.?Not sure if this is legit or they are going out of business or what. Aurora definitely will lose a great sub shop if they close. Read more
This place was horrible. My boyfriend and I walked in, and we stood there for 5 minutes before we took a menu to call in our... order. When we received our order, it was way over priced for the small sandwiches we received, and my boy friend paid 3dollars a piece for two deserts both of which looked like they came from the gas station across the street. we will not begoing back there... Great place to have a Philly sandwich. I always get the works! I take it to go normally. The only downside is they do not serve... fries, only chips as a side. I have never had a bad sandwich from here and the food is always hot and does not take long to get.You can always call your order in ahead of time. I highly recommend this place and will be back. Waiting over 2 hours for delivery and ordered a grilled chicken salad among other items. No chicken on the salad and smallest... salad I've ever seen for $10. Only offered coupons to make up for it or wait another hour to get the correct salad. Will neverorder from them again! Read more
