I was in the drive thru at 6:54 pm. It never moved. At 7 pm a worker came out and offered my 3 free tacos at a later date... because they closed at 7. I don?t want 3 free tacos at a later date because your service is slow because you don?t have staff. The way this location is going it won?t be open anyways. I won?t be back. Read more

This location likes to take online orders, then when you go to pick up the food they say they ran out and do not offer a... replacement or money reimbursement. If an employee tell you they ran out, demand cash back. Do not accept or expect them toreverse the order on the app. I submitted a complaint on the app but no word yet. This store needs changes. Worst Taco Bell in the area. Lobby has been closed for months. Mobile orders are pointless as you have to go through the drive... thru to pick up a mobile order. Staff were also rude with sub par service. Drive thru the two times ive tried was over a 15minto 20min wait. I would highly highly recommend going to the taco bell up the road at Arapahoe and Quincy. There is another onQuincy and Buckley. I hate to say it but either are more then worth the drive to avoid this Taco Bell. Read more

This is the grossest nastiest most rancid Taco Bell I have ever been to they literally wrapped up a bean burrito like nothing... I?ve ever seen in my life it wasn?t edible at all everything was cold and hard I waited 20 minutes in the lobby just to get abean burrito I asked for sour cream on it and no onions they gave me onions and no sour cream.. everyone in the back was justmessing around and joking not caring about anything. Seems like it?s a teenagers dream job! they get paid to literally not givea s**t about quality or customers. I have no idea how they even get thru one day. COMPLETELY USELESS STAFF! Whenever I went to this location it was slow. I've been here no less than 30x in the last 3mos... (doordash/grubhub driver). We are talking 20+ minutes and less than 5 cars (usually). I used to be here numerous times a dayfor weeks on end. NOW.... I avoid it like the plague when this location pops up to pick up food for people via Doordash &Grubhub. The crew is younger (for the most part) and super lazy. All the recent 1 star reviews are literally proof that I gavethem too much benefit of the doubt for far too long. Today when I went inside against my better judgement after a while hopingthings had improved. I was very interested to see this mess 1st hand in "action"....nope....kids/employees on cell phones,messing around with each other, generally unaware of what tact in a workplace should look like. Had to ask/remind them 3x thatI was there for someone waiting on their doordash order. The doors are historically closed at what should be common fast foodhours for a Taco Bell and if your only choice is the drive thru.....I pray you have time and patience. Don't let a few carsfool you into thinking it will be a "fast" experience. I am baffled that corporate hasn't caught wind of these, many, and surprisingly accurate reviews yet. Hire adults or at least people who can fake it for a few hours. Most of this crew in thelast few months seems to think they are in their own kitchen. They probably should be! It's Taco Bell. Just like your intestinal response may vary from normal to needing to make an emergency stop after consuming;... the service here is very similar. Some days the seating area is closed. Some days the whole place is closed. And some days it'sdrive thru only. The same is with the food. Some days it's decent and enjoyable and some days you have a lettuce taco eventhough you ordered nachos. My assumption is that the owner doesn't pay well and has difficultly maintaining and trained staff.I go here about twice month and it's always something different going on with hours or service. Honest to god, I don?t know what has happened to this Taco Bell. I held off for so long because I used to love coming here, but... now it?s a chore. IF they are open according to their hours online, the drive thru line takes forever. I just sat in line for 30minutes only for it move one car space. I understand short staffing, but I have also been in line when the staff came outfrantically waving their arms and shouting ?we?re closing early? with no explanation at 6:30 pm. I don?t complain when they getmy order wrong, I?m pretty easy going. But come on, guys. What?s going on?? I hate to say it but I probably won?t be comingback. Upper management needs to figure this out, it can?t be all on the team members. Read more

The employee who helped us was nice but forgot to tell us they were out of the Chipotle sauce. Called the store and they did... absolutely nothing to fix the situation! Wanna ask for more money for working in fast food at least do your job right. Read more
