However, on September 22, at 10:35 I was so saddened by here behavior I placed an order requesting a... number 1 with an extra Taco supreme I was asked to look at the screen to see if my order was correct Yes it I replied. When Iarrived at the window to retrieve my order, the extra Taco supreme was not the bag. I explained this to the cashier, who thenreplied, "I asked to look at the screen and tell me if your oder is correct," rudely and I then said I did and it was correctatat the time. She then said, "I will change for the additional Taco, and then you can have another," again very rude. I said ifit's not on the receipt, I am happy to pay for another. I said you don't have to be rude about. This ver poor customer serviceand none of this attitude is necessary, she then said to me. I'm not being rude .I'm just telling you like it is. l told her shewas being very rude. She said just go, and if you don't leave, will. I WILL CALL THE POLICE . I explained to her I would besharing my experience. She clapping her hands at me and saying "Go head. I'm so scared. " This was extremely poor customerservice . She simply said I sorry for the mixup, but we didn't charge for extra Taco. I will have to charge you an additional1.69 cents simple or even better yet just given the extra talk and said sorry for the mixup. When she threatened to call thepolice , It was very upsetting. . Tried to order breakfast here this morning and the person taking orders was really rude. She was not hearing us order and when... my mom raised her voice so she hear her she yelled at my mom for yelling at her. The on top of that the lady was coughing andsniffling like she was sick. If she sounds that sick she should not be allowed to work. We still have a pandemic going on. Thisplace is not clean if they let sick workers in and this doesn't even count the horrible customer service. This used to be a goodTaco Bell but has utterly crashed. Employees lack attention to detail and forget to add items for the delivery driver. If you order from here, don't expect to get... what you ordered. Crunchy items are soggy. Soft items are hard. You order a drink and it comes half full. This locationgenerally sucks. Probably underpaid staff, poor management and a careless owner. No one cares at all at this location. I don?t crave Taco Bell very often, but when I do- I don?t usually come away dissatisfied. Taco Bell has fast food Mexican down... to a science. I bought the Deluxe cravings box- which consisted of Steak chalupa supreme- Nacho cheese Doritos taco- Beefy 5layer burrito and chips & nacho cheese sauce. Had a really great experience at this location! First time coming and will definitely return. Came during the dinner rush on... 11/22, placed a to go order on the new touch screen order taker and it was ready within 10 minutes. And I had a decent sizedorder! Everything was correct, exactly how I ordered it and nothing was missing! The gentlemen working on the line and behindthe counter were extremely polite, too. Overall the crew working tonight seemed super on point and efficient! Ended up cominghere because the inside of the location on Parker is closed. And I?m so happy that I did!
