The customer service is bare at this location. I placed an online order for $50 and had 4 items missing ????. I noticed the... missing soda right away, so i went back. But when i got home, i realized i was missing 3 other items. I tried calling the storebut no answer, I called the next day still no answer. I went to the store to report it and the staff was very rude. The missingitems were only $2.19/item and I was treated as though I was lying. If I was going to lie, I could have lied about moreexpensive items. If you go here, just make sure you have all of your items. Read more

When I get my food it tastes great I never had an issue before but it's been getting more frequent that my order is wrong. I... ordered through the drive thru and ordered the NUMBER 4 the crunchwrap Supreme. When someone asks for a number off the menu, itmeans they want the full meal. Then I asked for 2 DORITO LOCO TACOS. 2. I got asked at the drive thru if wanted the full meal orjust the dorito Loco tacos. I only said 2 dorito Loco tacos, not the meal. I get back home, I have my crunchwrap Supreme not ina meal when I requested it as a meal. Then I got 3 dorito Loco tacos not in a meal. I literally asked for 2. I used to work infast food service and when you repeat the customers there orders, you tell them the meals they have, and what meals they don'thave. Don't rush the job. Next time I come here and my order is not right I'm letting them know I've let them miss my order toomany times... Update: just opened the wrap to expect a dorito Loco taco and it's a regular one that I didn't ask for. If youorder from this location open your full order and tell them what's wrong So I came back in today hoping that I would getexcellent service after being proven wrong so many times. First, the girl in the drive thru was pretty rude, and seemed to havelittle to no experience talking nicely to customers. I asked her if they had fries, and she said that they did. Instead ofasking how many fries we wanted, she put in the amount she thought we needed. Um... we don't need two extra orders of fries,didn't even bother asking. How rude. Then I told her i wanted the hot sauce and she literally asked 3 times what did you want onthe side ? I found myself almost screaming since that incompetent girl couldn't even hear me. Variable on level of service you will receive. Usually after 5pm, expect a line wrapped around and down the street. The staff... ignore you if you come in to order, IF you can even get inside to order versus wait in the drive thru line. They randomly willlock the doors, without any signage or consistency on time. Found it locked at 4:30, 7:30, or 8pm. All random. Read more

This was the most pitiful pitiful bean burrito I ever had in my life they put a layer of beans about the size of my thumb in a... tortilla and folded it up both of my burritos were made the same way. the first photo shows the first bite. the 4th pic showsthe second burrito made the same way. The taco I got was only filled half with meat in the shell was broken in three spots. Read more

By Far This place has the worst staff I have ever come across in a fast food place! They get my order wrong already 3times I... have to go back in side the store to get what I ordered right or refund and it's an argument every time I have to have themcorrect it. This last time was the dumbest One by far about my order to be a meal but this brat couldn't understand what a mealis give me 2 taco's to switch out the order. Seriously the slowest service ever! This store consistently takes extremely long to prepare any order and still gets it wrong... 50% of the time. The only reason I'm giving two stars is generally the food is fine when they do finally give you your orderassuming nothing is missing. Overall a terrible store with poor management. Just adding to the above review... This store justkeeps getting worse and apparently the negative reviews don't change anything! Usually the food is ok but this time was justslop in a bag! My Taco was literally unwrapped and had spilled all over the other items. Calling the store does no good becausenobody ever answers the phone. This place is nasty! The girls who worked the drive-thru tonight are rude and couldn?t care less about their jobs. I?m not a... person who complains but I?m going to complain today because this is the second time we got bad service and bad food. The firsttime I ordered 2 quesadillas which were half the size they normally should be, our drinks were wrong, and I didn?t know until Igot home. Unfortunately, tonight we decided to try this location one more time. The same girls were at the drive thru. Ourorder came up to $27 for 3 meals and nothing extra. Our food looks and taste like its been sitting for hours. The drinks weregood but that?s about it. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I DO suggest to double check your food, check your drinksand ask for a receipt. I will never go back here again. Read more
