Went inside around 7pm it wasn?t busy, but the two older women working were so rude. Had such an attitude towards us and people... who came after us. Been to Taco Bell after ages and after clearly stating ?Beans no beef? they still put beef in my Mexican pizza. Let alone not... caring what that means to a Vegan, they denied refunding me for it. I will easily dispute the $5 charge, but I hope this reviewtruly does more damage. Read more

Just went through the drive thru and our order was messed up we thought we were getting 2 taco supreme s with our number nine... and we asked for a Doritos locos shell so in sense we wanted a Doritos locos taco supreme and we also ordered 2 double steakgrilled cheese burritos one of.our burritos barely had any steak and our tacos weren't supreme when we went back through andcomplained we actually had to argue our point after like 4 minutes of back and forth we were only offered a side of steak noreplacement of tacos or nothing... We spent 33 dollars I understand that people try to get over on fast food places on a dailybut whatever happened to making sure the customer was happy or maybe the customer is always right. The motivation to prepare to the food doesn't seem to be there. The last couple times I've ordered anything with beef, the meat... seems to be at a bare minimum. I'm talking about more grease the meat. Ive tried calling the store and no one has ever answeredthe phone. They also seem to always close early due to low stock, or thier frier is down, or no one will answer the kiosk. Iwould much rather drive to a different Taco Bell a few blocks away. Read more

Waited almost 30 minutes to get my food. I was literally able to watch an entire episode of a show I?m watching on Netflix in my... car. I ordered my food. They got the order completely wrong. Slow service, but I wanted to shout out the man working the drive-through tonight (Aug 10th, 8:35pm). Didn?t catch his name, but... he had long dreads. The line was moving really slowly and I?m sure the workers were stressed, but I appreciate that he was stillpolite and seemed unphased. Hope their night got better. Read more

This location is really just okay. Be ready to wait longer than you'll want to, whether in the drive thru or inside the... restaurant, for what is always just okay food. If I had a recommendation for management, it would be to get more efficient onthe food prep. It just takes too long to get your food at Taco Bell, and this location it's more of the same. Read more

This location is garage! It?s 12:45 on Friday and t He lobby is closed I guess because the staff don?t want to work that hard!... This is completely unacceptable! Unprofessional, and down right stupid! Words cannot explain how disappointed in this lunch timeinstitution I am. It was my favorite place. Good luck!
