The franchise owner of this Taco Bell needs to step in and take control. Customer service is very low and the quality of food... tends to be served spoiled and not fresh. You can request for sauce in the bag and they will not give you any. You can requestto add on an item at the window and they will tell you they can?t modify orders. I really hope the franchise owner of this placerealizes what the employees are doing to the quality and service of the Taco Bell franchise. Read more
Truly the worst taco bell in the area. For starters, they have weird hours and you will wait longer than you should in the... drive through no matter the day or time. I'm sure it's because they are short-staffed or something but that doesn't mean Ishould be getting completely cold food in the drive through. I don't mean food that cooled off and was kind of warm, this feltlike they kept it in a fridge while I was waiting. If you're hungry you should go literally anywhere else, unless you feel likewasting time and money. At this point they should just close down permanently because it's embarrassing how bad it is. Store was closed on 10/16 after I placed a mobile order. Staff refused to refund my money. LISA (I?m assuming some sort of... higher up?) called me and told me it was the result of a ?comedy of errors? and assured me I?d receive a refund. A week later,and no refund issued. I?m very disappointed in the franchisee who runs this location. They are never open when they?re supposedto be, when they are the wait time is horrendous, and now you?re stealing money from customers? Taco Bell is my favorite fastfood place and always my ?go to? but this location has completely soured my taste for this company. Read more
I didn't go to a taco bell near me. I came further out and landed at this spot. I come in and can tell the morning crew are good... people right away. Was warned not to come late night crew because they aren't going to give that great of service, but I ordereda breakfast box and everything came hot and tasty as can be. Couldn't ask for better. I did at 14 hour shift at my job yesterdayand was hurting but this was exactly what I needed. friendly atmosphere and great food. A very nice lady in back said she'd buya coffee for me and usually I'd refuse something like that but I took her up on the offer. Coffee came well mixed by the guythat made it this morning crew was a pleasure to be around. Shout out to you all. you guys are doing right by the customers.Keep up the awesome work.
