The Taco Bell closest to my home is never home because of staffing issues (Mississippi and Chambers) so I visit this Colfax one... from time to time and every time I visit the Mango tea is never operational...they just never bother to fix broken equipment. SMH. Read more

My wife and I visit this location often. Usually things are fine. At appx 4:10 this afternoon, I was subjected to rudeness and... abuse by the folks on drive through detail. Today is labor day so I cannot complain to corporate, and can hardly wait fortomorrow so I can! Across the street is Del Taco. Thanks for convincing me to go elsewhere. I did not spend my money here as thestaff must be independently wealthy and do not need customers. Nor even to display common courtesy to customers! I didn't want to eat my food after I had gone inside to pick it up from my online order (online ordering was seriously messed up... due to website issue). This was the dirtiest Taco Bell I have ever been inside. There was trash all over the floor and thetables. The condiment and soft drink area were covered in what appeared to be the aftermath of 100 hot sauce packets exploding.There were empty cups scattered along the floor as well as lids and my shoes stuck to the floor while desperately trying to haularse out of there. It took several minutes for the employees to break their huddle from the gossip and snap session..one of themrolled their bratty eyes and yelled " you been helped!?" Doors were locked at 7:00. Person running drive through was unfriendly. Ordered 2 12pk crunchy tacos. Tacos tasted, smelled... stale. Meat fell out of the bottom. Tacos tasted a day old. Asked for lots of hot sauce. I got lots of hot sauce seeattachedpicture. It is play where's the tacos. Won't be going back Del Taco is across the street & 10× better. Read more
Today was the day I was reunited with a longtime favorite, the chili cheese burrito. I?m forever grateful to my friend who was... with me that ordered one and then I found out they?re like a secret item not on the regular menu.
