Absolutely worst TacoBell ever!!!!! If I could give a zero star review I would!! My family and I placed an order through the app... and it said it would be ready at 8:15pm. Doors say they're open until 9 or later. We get there to pick up the food, as they saidit was being made, and the doors were locked and the teenagers running it wouldn't answer the door or the drive through window.Just kept saying, "We're closed, we're closed." $60 order and NO FOOD?!?!?! Seriously?!?! Couldn't even go into the app and getmy money back, so I'm out the dinner for my family and the money that was spent on it. Read more
I ordered on the app and when I arrived, and informed the employees that I had a mobile order, they were dumbfounded and said... they never received it. But when I showed them my order on my phone they just went ahead and made it for me. I guess thishappens quite frequently since they didn't even argue with me and just went ahead and made it. Food was decent for Taco Bell and everything was correct. I ordered on the app for pick up. Thankfully we went to fhe store when... we did because they ended up closing the lobby while my husband was waiting for our order to be done. Apparently they were shortstaffed and couldn't keep up with drive thru and lobby orders. Read more
My order is wrong 75% of the time I order from this location. I have to go back all the time. Today I asked for no cheese... because my niece is allergic. Got home. Cheese in the tacos. Drive back. And for the first time in many where they've messed upmy order they want to give me trouble cuz I didn't bring the tacos back. From my house. Because the workers "said they didn'tput cheese." Waited 10 minutes while they held my card behind the window to tell me that their card reader wasn?t working. Then they told me... they were only going to accept cash, while my food was sitting right there. I asked if I could just have the food since I didn?tbring cash. She said ?let me ask my manager? in which he said no. Then I had to REMIND them they had no yet given me my creditcard back. I?ve had terrible service here before, but at least have seen better managers handle situations better. Read more
Get it together, Taco Bell. I waited real close to an hour in the drive thru, and there wasn't a person working in sight.... Absolutely horrendous service. Never have I ever had to wait so long in a Taco Bell drive thru line. Hire more people, or trainyour workers to be better at their job. Read more
Literally the worst fast food experience of my life. Waited in the drive thru for over 1 hour. There were only 4 cars in front... of me. Waited at the window for 25 minutes for my 5 items. Drove thru to get some enchiritos as I used to love these in the 70's when I was in high school. It just wasn't the same, but I... found a good recipe to make at home. Other people in other states were showing pictures of their food, which looked waaay betterthan the ones I got here in Aurora. On the upside, the taco pizza was great!!! Read more
