Absolutely worst TacoBell ever!!!!! If I could give a zero star review I would!! My family and I placed an order through the app... and it said it would be ready at 8:15pm. Doors say they're open until 9 or later. We get there to pick up the food, as they saidit was being made, and the doors were locked and the teenagers running it wouldn't answer the door or the drive through window.Just kept saying, "We're closed, we're closed." $60 order and NO FOOD?!?!?! I ordered on the app and when I arrived, and informed the employees that I had a mobile order, they were dumbfounded and said... they never received it. But when I showed them my order on my phone they just went ahead and made it for me. I guess thishappens quite frequently since they didn't even argue with me and just went ahead and made it. Food was decent for Taco Bell and everything was correct. I ordered on the app for pick up. Thankfully we went to fhe store when... we did because they ended up closing the lobby while my husband was waiting for our order to be done. My order is wrong 75% of the time I order from this location. I have to go back all the time. Today I asked for no cheese... because my niece is allergic. Got home. Cheese in the tacos. Drive back. And for the first time in many where they've messed upmy order they want to give me trouble cuz I didn't bring the tacos back. From my house. Because the workers "said they didn'tput cheese."
