Please don't go to this taco bell! I was the only person in line and they got my order wrong. I went back to tell them and the... doors were locked( went to the drive through) so I asked why and they told me it was because the inside was dirty because thecleaners hadn't come.. Terrible!!! Waited 45min after ordering online. Then they ran out of beans, so I got a partial refund. Didn't get anything to... compensate for the extremely long wait time. They had 10 cars in line and 3 people inside... No Excuse except for TERRIBLEMANAGEMENT!!! Go somewhere else. Having a sit-down meal at Chili's would have been faster and we would have gotten everythingwe ordered. Read more
It was 7:50pm when we pulled up to window and they shut everything off. There was a line behind us. Their closing time was 8pm.... Not professional at all. They should?ve at least told us through intercom that they were out of food or not serving anymore butthey put a recording. Yet again, unprofessional. Read more
Extremely lazy employees. Pulled into the drive through at 9:40 with 2 cars in front of us by the time we got up to put in our... order it was 9:52. The guy then just said were closed (8 mins before their posted time), of course I asked why and I getattitude back with an answer of "um we ran out of stuff so were closing now". There were 2 more cars that pulled behind us sothen we had to wait for the two in front of us get their orders before we could leave. Tried to get information for a districtmanager at the window but they turned off the lights and refused to even come talk to us. Sounds more like they just didn't wantto work anymore so they closed early. Read more
20 mins past open time and it was still closed, but i guess this is common here in Denver, i went to a different one they said... they were closed as well because the manager wasn?t there. Oh well guess they don?t feel like working haha! Read more
This taco bell is terrible. The tacos that they served me today do not even have complete taco shells. Come on Taco Bell, have... a little pride in your product. One of your employees hand prepared these tacos which means they knowingly gave me some of thecrappiest tacos I have ever seen. Read more
This place was horrible. The female at the window did not greet us. Just handed bag with no words. Then we checked bag in... parking lot was missing a power bowl. Went into place and she had given us someone else?s order. Got home and the fresco tacoswere practically empty. Never go there Read more
