Unfortunately there are 2 Taco Bell?s in the area? the one on Quincy is worthless and never open. This one is at least open... most of the time but has the most incompetent staff I?ve ever seen? stuck in the drive through line for almost an hour? it?sfast food?. I?m pretty sure they have 5 people working? 1 taking orders, 4 fighting about who has to make the order and nobodyactually making food. The management of both locations should be fired and the owners should rethink being in the fast foodbusiness? or business at all for that matter. The staff was very rude. Our food took forever to come out and when I got the food, the wrappers were covered in food and sauce.... Absolutely disgusting. I?ve never had a problem with any other Taco Bell but this one seems to always be bad. Read more
We recently moved here. We?ve been to this location twice so far. We?re either unlucky or they just don?t care about this... location. Soft drinks aren?t filled up properly, no sauces out in the open, lids weren?t available either. There was no one atthe front counter at my second visit for about 10 minutes before I had to ask for someone from the back. I don?t mind asking forhelp but 0 service at the front counter for that long is sad. They?re more than willing to do anything when asked and quickly.But outside of that, doesn?t seem like anything gets done. We won?t be back. Read more
This Taco Bell used to be great, even as recently as maybe six or seven months ago. Now I can give you a list of things that are... wrong with this place. Half the time, they aren't even open and won't leave a note on the speaker letting you know they'reclosed, so you'll end up sitting there for five minutes waiting for someone to address you. Second, they can't cook the foodproperly or don't get it right to start with. I can't tell you how many times my order has been wrong. Third, they take foreverand a day to push orders out so there's a line you have to sit in for at least 20 minutes and can't get out of because someone'sbehind you. Fourth, and due to the current supply chain issues I can't place the blame entirely on them, but there's neveranything here. My last trip, they were out of EVERYTHING. No soda, no beans, no regular taco shells, etc. There's likely nomanager or anyone in charge trying to move things along at this location and that's a big issue. You can't expect teenagers torun the place on their own. They need someone in charge. I won't be returning to this location for the foreseeable future. Read more
This Taco Bell location represents how far we've fallen as a society. I'm sure there are some good employees in this location,... but there aren't enough good employees to ensure that food is going out cooked. I don't know if these people are trying topoison their customers through negligence or malice, but steer clear of this location at all costs. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Time after time my order is incorrect and it doesn?t matter if I order through the app or... drive through. This last time I got 0/9 items correctly. There are no hard shells in the cheesy Gordita crunch, tacos were notsupreme nor the right kind, no Crunchwrap?s, wrong potatoes and we got nachos instead of chips and cheese. Add to the fact wedidn?t even get the correct number of items. When I contacted the store asking them to remake the order I was hung up on by theso called manager. Ordered a Taco supreme meal... I didn't know sour cream goes on the outside.. plus no tomatoes.. smh.. just wow. Come on... kids...think smarter and not harder. I can?t imagine a worse Taco Bell in operation today. If you do happen to catch them when open be prepared to wait 30 plus... minutes for your food. The last two times I?ve tried I?ve been told they were waiting on a delivery of fresh food and then justtoday they were out of all meat. How can a restaurant within the span of 4 days be out of food both times. Whoever owns andoperates this store needs to be held accountable by the corporate offices. Read more
