I placed an order on the app and it gave me an error after charging my card. I called the store and a guy name Jason wouldn?t... give me any other information on who he was told me he isn?t sure what to do if they don?t get the order but changed my card. Iasked for a manager he said they left for the day. He was no help offered no help. And hung up on me. I told him i will contactcorporate to let them know that he does not know how to help and hangs up on customers. He hung up on me again and any time icalled back to see if they got my order he would pick up the online and hang it up on me so he wouldn?t have to talk to me. Poorcustomer service especially when I spent the only money i had for my son and i to eat there and ask i received was bad customerservice. Read more

They have difficulties following instructions, like only adding one line of dressing, or asking for extra anything. I also went... in recently and requested flat bread, and I was given Italian bread instead. I don?t like it when they get my order wrong. Read more

I like subway sometimes because they have good sandwiches but I don't eat there all that often. They have new bread and sandwich... choices. Went there again today. Read more

i was ordering online and due to shortage what i wanted wasn't available :( however john told me all the other options and... helped me get the order cancelled and refunded. true and (the most important) customer service happens when something is wrong.how its handled shows the quality of the establishment! thanks john! Nicest subway staff, so my review is based on that. They also deal with some of the rudest customers I've ever seen in a subway,... the heck is wrong with some of you - clearly not raised right. I'm not sure I could deal with those same customers, so when youwalk in and see them working hard to get through a big lunch rush, give them a break or make your own sandwich at home! Therest is...well...subway. You've seen it, I've seen it...not much to say. You can probably close your eyes and you already knowwhat it looks like. Read more

I've always enjoyed the service and the food from this location until today. Unfortunately our decent food was followed by my... wife being told that she has to smile for the card reader to work... I tried telling the cashier that his comments could easilybe misconstrued as flirting an the defense mechanisms began to fly. All would have been made better by a simple apology, butinstead we were met by back peddling and attempts at justification by both the cashier and junior behind the vegetables whoseemed to get aggressive for some reason. Despite the sexism and the attempts to set mankind back another generation in thatfield, the sandwiches were still pretty good. Read more
