I went it and got my regular order, they didn't have the spinach wrap; which was fine but I was sad :( but I could have done... without the remarks from the staff about how difficult there job is going to be due to my order. I've not been to this locationbefore and boy I was not happy with the customer service. Wish I read the review before I went in there but I'm a diabetic andjust needed food . Avoid unless you have cash and like cold food. Toaster is broken. Credit card machine is broken. Gift card machine is broken.... Some kind of credit cards do eventually go through after several tries. Others are continuously declined. Read more
Need training. Online order came through after my order manager started on those instead of helping new employees finish my 4... sandwiches. He pushed knife through subs instead of cutting ingredients were not placed equally. Had to tell them 3 times whatnot to put on one of them. Read more
The menu on the wall says $8.69 for a sandwich and it was charged as $9.99. When the problem was pointed out, the so called... manager keep saying that there is nothing he can't do. It isn't right for the customer is given a wrong information in thedisplay menu and being demanded to pay the different price. He called his supervisor on the phone, but still nothing was done. This store must be a franchise and the owner only cares about money. We have visited this store 3 times and each time the... workers either don't listen or just don't care. Hire more workers so you can have meatballs and breads baked. Don't just saywhere out of everything you want. Read more
Virginia is a VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE. She had an attitude since we walked in the door and was NOT listening. Sister ordered a number... one and instead of making it how the menu said to make it she gets mad. She was moving too fast and missed items on my orderwhich also looked horrible. She wrong up our items wrong and over charged us. Then when we tried to clarify what she said shegot defensive and starting yelling at my mother. Normally it is a great subway. It is 8:50 pm and they close at 9pm . The girl working tonight Wednesday June 29th has decided... she wants to go home early and she had locked the place up early. I pulled on both doors and they were locked. If yourbusiness says you close at 9 pm you stay open until then. You don't let an employee decide when you lock the doors. Read more
