I have came to this spot alot and everytime I come and the curly red haired girl aliya is working, my sandwich always taste... nasty and she always has a super attitude being extremely rude. IMO this is the best subway location in the area. The staff always greet you when you arrive, they are courteous friendly and... most importantly the order is always correct!! Keep up the good work! The Mississippi location could use some help from theseguys. They get it right! Read more
I order from this location fairly often and each time has been disappointing. You figure an online order leaves very minimal... room for error with order instructions written out for the employees. But never do they follow instructions and never is mysandwich good. No meat on sandwiches skip toasting entirely when requested extra toasted. When did substandard become acceptablein the workforce? I ordered ahead on the app. The app let me order Italian herbs and cheese bread, but when I arrived at the store, there was a... sign on the door saying they were no longer serving it. Usually, the vendor will contact the customer to ask them what they wantto sub in or if they want a refund. Didn?t happen. I ordered mayo and extra ranch on my sandwhich and it was dry as a bone. Itwas borderline inedible because I just got a mouthful of dry meat and bread. I?m disappointed two of my requests were notfulfilled and probably won?t shop at this Subway anymore.I also paid nearly $15 for this sandwhich and a drink. $15! Have been visiting this location for years. Service is usually really good. Today it was horrible. Idk who David is, but his... sandwich making skills are horrible and sloppily throws it together. Made a comment about it and he told me I could leave. Iended up getting my sandwiches but would love to speak to the manager and franchise owner about their employee. I placed an online order and went to this location by mistake. The young lady who helped me, Aliyah, was very unprofessional and... when I asked for help on which location it was at since there?s multiple in the area, She refused and returned with it?s not herproblem and I should figure it out. When I asked for a manger she said it was her which I highly doubt. Don?t go to thislocation terrible customer service and all employees just sitting in the back as you walk in. What is it with Subway restrooms always being closed? Both of them were closed. Some people actually want to wash their hands... and not ingest sanitizer while eating. I walked in with maybe 7 people in line. I asked if I could wash my hands, girl behindthe counter said no. I asked her if the employees are washing their hands, she said no.
