Amazing customer service I had ordered a medium drink they were out of lids and then instead upgrade it to the large no charge.... Plus they're always fast and kind and it's always a very clean looking and feeling establishment. Read more

NOTE TO OWNER!!! Do you not care about your business so much that you don't even read your reviews? If did you would see they... are terrible. The subway on ILife and 225 is the worst subway I have ever been to. My sandwich is simple and complicated at the same time and... the sandwich artist was not happy at the way I wanted my sandwich made. Also they keep the knifes in a dirty water container andpull the knife out all wet and nasty from the water to help fold the sandwich. I was so grossed out I just threw my sandwichaway. Tina was very rude. Went in to get one sub and they had no staff and she was making 4 subs for one lady. I would have waited but... she goes it gonna be a while I will help you later. Was very condescending. I go there often and Robbie normally helps me. Evenwhen he is busy he positive and shows efforts. Tina is bringing this subway down. She needs Togo ASAP or will I not go thereanymore. You need caring employees but she doesn?t care. Maybe she a new trainee but she she needs help with customer servicefor sure.
