Please require your employees to tie their hair back or wear hair nets. Jasmine ran her hands through her unbound hair, tossling... it, 3 times in the space of not even 10 mins while standing at the counter. Not very appetizing to see even if shes not the oneto be making the sandwhich. She was then assigned the task of refilling (?) items along the back wall. Read more

This place use to be good now they openly show contempt for their customers. If you tell them no thank you I'm allergic, that's... meaningless as they will still put the thing you asked to be remove as it will kill you on your sandwich. Go to a differentsubway, this one is trash. Read more

This is the worst subway. They always mess up online orders. I went in once with an order for 4 footloose and was told, "that's... what mobile order is for!" Today, went in at 10, and they had nothing done. No sliced mozzarella ready, no tea, only 1 type ofcookie. Super slackers. They threw my sandwich together so sloppy, I came home and turned it into a sandwich. They also did notadjust the temp on the toaster for ny rotisserie chicken and it was still cold. Anyways, moral of the story, only go in here ifyou have low expectations. Read more

This was the second Subway I visited today. The first one on Parker and Yale was locked with a hand written note on the door... that said only "25 min break" no start or end time. When I initially went to the door, there was a staff member in the lobby whodid not even acknowledge me. It would be one thing if they would've told me they were temporarily closed, despite it being inthe middle of the day during open hours, but no, I was simply ignored. So, rather than wasting my time waiting or spending mymoney there, I decided to come to this location. Despite my irritation from the experience at the first location, I was pleasantto the person working at this location, paying careful attention to please, and thank you. I was not greeted. I had to repeatmyself multiple times during the order process. The staff member was visibly annoyed that I was ordering two sandwiches and notjust one. The staff member acted like I was taking money from her pocket when I asked for extra tomatoes on one sandwich. AfterI paid for my order, I thanked her. I received no response, no you're welcome, no please come again.... nothing. I hate tosay it, but over the last few years, I've noticed a serious lack of customer service at most Subway locations. Sad, I worked atSubway as a teenager, and it had been a favorite of mine. I won't be going any longer. I think staff should remember, if youdon't have customers, you don't have a job.
