I ordered ahead so I could pick my order up quickly on the way to work. When I arrived, my order wasn't even made. However, the... lady explained that she was new and started making it right away. I understand that because we were all new at our jobs at onepoint. I've worked in enough customer service positions to know that most people don't care if you're new or not and that makesthe experience that much worse. So, this is why you leave early. I had plenty of time and patience because I understand whatthat's like. The sandwich was pretty good juuuust a little sloppy, but again, I understand. the 3 stars are a shout out to how hard working and focused the two ladies in the store were on handling customers and trying to... bust out what looked like a ton of orders. The missing 2 stars are for the dude who came in, didn't really help them out much,tried chatting up the customers while simultaneously forgetting their orders multiple times. Read more

I made an online order and went to the wrong store and they were very unprofessional. Made my way to this location and Caleb and... Kyle (neither are managers but should be considered!) were very understanding and got my order 100% made my night better forsure. Read more

This Subway is the best Subway shop in the area. The manager, Yumi, runs this shop well. Yumi and her fantastic staff keep... things clean and fresh. No lies about "fresh bread" because it honestly is fresh. Unlike many other Subway shops in the areaselling day-old bread as fresh. Yuck. I used to live nearby and visited frequently. About twice a week. I got to know the stafffrom my visits. I now drive past multiple Subway locations to visit this one across town. Worth it! I have never had a badsandwich here. Or a bad experience in the lobby. If you want a sandwich, the way Corporate Subway would be proud of, go here. Ifyou want a sub-par Subway sandwich on old bread with unwashed sauce bottles, go ahead and visit the other nasty shops in thearea. Yumi's shop is top-notch. Read more

Ordered from this place on DoorDash. Today I ordered a Veggie PATTY sub. When my order arrived, I didn?t get the veggie PATTY... sub. I got everything else on the sub minus the patty. I typically wouldn?t be this frustrated except this is the second time ina row that it?s happened when I ordered from this place. When I called the store to make them aware, the lady kept talking overme and wouldn?t let me finish. I go to look at the salad that I ordered from there and it has only half the ingredients on itthat I ordered. Next time I have subway cravings I wont come to this place. Read more

I popped in this spot recently, and want to say thank you to the 2 ladies working that night, a hispanic lady and younger darker... complected lady, I shouldve gotten their names. Friendly service and the younger lady who made my 2 all veggie subs reallyhooked it up! ???????????????? I love when I kindly ask for extra olives & I actually GET extra olives, some locations reallyskimp on toppings! But my subs were perfectly made, closed with no mess despite the generous avo and sauce, and both wrapped upnicely. It was nice to see all their veggie ingredients were fresh and full ???????? Prolly one of the best Subway experiencesI've had in awhile ???? Thanks again ladies! For those complaining about online ordering & mistakes, appreciate those who aredoing you a service. Ordered online most times since I have a short lunch break, and regretted it every time. First two times I put to have 1/2... Buffalo sauce, and it was drenched. Third time I ordered I got back to my work and the sandwich was ice cold. When I called theysaid their oven wasn?t working, well that would have been nice to know so I could have went somewhere else. By this time Ididn?t even have enough time on my break to have a new one made so I just threw it away. Not to mention the girl I spoke withhad such an attitude and refused to give me the managers name or when she would be working next so I could call and speak withher. It gets better. I left a survey stating my dissatisfaction and received an email from the District Manager. I explainedwhat happened and he asked for my mailing address to send my a gift card with a refund, and here we are 3 weeks later andnothing. Not even a response from them. Do yourself a favor and go to a different subway or just don?t eat subway in general.Disgusting business practices Read more
