I was in today and over heard the manager call one of her employees stupid and also tried to trade her for jimmy johns... employees. When I called to her bosses number she said I have the wrong store and hung up on me. Very rude and unpleasant. Read more

I went to this location and ordered a meal. On my way out, I grabbed several napkins (in addition to the two provided). The... manager stopped me, and told me I was not allowed to have additional napkins as it is "wasteful". I put the touched napkinsback, as she demanded, for the next customer to use. SO GROSS! If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I got a sandwich along with chips and drink when I was paying and asked for a bag to... carry my stuff back to the office, the lady pointed to a sign that said ?.10 for a bag? SERIOUSLY every other subway will putyour stuff in a bag to go and give you a few napkins. She gave me none I was afraid to ask for napkins I didn?t want to becharged for that too. Agree with the comment before mine. VERY poor service. The portions are crazy small- there was hardly any lettuce, and I got... tired of asking them for more of everything. Then I asked her to cut it in half and wrap it separately- LIKE I HAVE DONE MYWHOLE LIFE. She said "that would make your foot long two six inches and I would have to charge you more. I got sassy and askedif I could get an extra piece of paper and I will wrap it myself after she hands it to me and she said ok - but they wouldn'tcut it in half. They also won't give you a bag unless you ask for it. Read more
The woman kept looking at us wrong looking back and forth, she didn't like us from the moment we were looking at the menu, and... when I was ready to order she just kept doing the back forth look with the coupon I had and said a little too "sweetly" thatthey don't accept coupons here and smiled very cocky.
