This is the worst Subway I have ever been to . The person who took my order literally got out of a booth and had to walk around... to the counter wearing headphones that are bigger than baseballs. Told me they are out of the Italian Herb and cheese breadthen also proceeded to tell me that they are also out of meatballs since there was only one left in the Pan. Didn't put gloveson and dropped the knife on the floor picked it backup and put it on the counter. Shaking my head worst Subway experience of mylife I will never eat at Subway again. Read more
We love Subway but have struggled to find a consistent location. We weren't really happy with this location but over the last... year they have IMPROVED!! I had the BEST sandwich I have ever had at a subway !! I was talking with Alex who I believe is the manager and I told him how I... sometimes do not finish my sandwich and have to throw it away, he suggested that if I put less sauces on it it would be as goodlater as it was when I got it. I ordered a tuna on flatbread with American cheese, cucumber, light red onions, salt/pepper and light mayo. When placing my... order I asked the server to toast my flat bread and cheese. The next thing I saw was her loading the tuna on the flatbread andcheese on top. I said excuse me I wanted the flatbread and cheese toasted not the tuna. She looked at another employee and shookher head then abruptly swooped the cheese and tuna off, replaced the cheese on the flatbread swirled around, opened the ovendoor, almost threw the pan in the oven and slammed the door. I made a polite comment about her actions, she didn't say a wordand made no eye contact. The other employee apologized for her co-workers action saying she had a bad day. We all know thatisn't a good reason to mistreat your customers. I didn't share that it took every ounce of strength in my body to walk from thecar to their counter due to me fighting stage 4 pancreatic cancer. The server was extremely rude in my eyes, but I gave them a 3rating because the other employee cared enough to apologize and was pleasant. I would still recommend this place because Subwayhas good sandwiches and the employees are generally kind. Read more
