STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Honestly, it?s hard to know where to start with this store, they have failed on so many levels.... How about a (non) comprehensive list: -- Most of the staff don't know how to fold a sub. They almost always start prepping yoursub wrong. They either grab the wrong bread, or start using a footlong when you asked for a 6 inch. More than once we've had toask for subs to be remade because when we unwrapped them they were such a mess it was impossible to eat them unless you wantedto use a fork and knife (see before and after photos below of remade sub with identical ingredients). -- They're out of half ofthe ingredients every single time we come by. How do you not have tomatoes or pickles at 12pm on a Tuesday? If you work there, you run across the street to Walmart and BUY SOME TO STOCK UP! I know, mind blown. But of course you don't do that, because A:you don't give a *bleep* about this job, and B: the sooner you run out of ingredients, the sooner you can go home to Netflix &Chill. -- They're often closed way before closing hours. We've been there at 4pm and we see the staff inside locking up withoutany explanation. Again, presumably because nobody wants to work. Sometimes they're closed VERY early (like 1pm on a Saturdayearly) and their signs says they've run out of bread. BREAD! Literally the one main ingredient of their business! -- Theirbathrooms were always so gross, out of toilet paper, sometimes no running hot water - and lately, they have just closed thebathrooms altogether with an ?out of order? sign (probably because they're too lazy to clean and stock them). -- 99% of theworkers clearly do not want to be there. They wear casual clothing (not uniforms). Wouldn't even be bringing this up if theclothes were appropriate for work, but shorts, belly tops, and flip flops are not (nor are they safe work wear) and neither isnot wearing gloves when preparing my food. Shoutout to David who seems to be the only friendly and Read more

I ordered online about a month ago at around 9 PM and when I went to pick up my order at 925, the suggested pick up time, I... found the store locked. I reported this to subway but haven't heard back. I tried to visit the store during business hours butthe timings seem unpredictable. My card company has been unable to reach them and I have no response to my email to Subway. Iblame the app for allowing us to order at a location that wasnt open, the franchise manager for not responding and the corporateoffice for not making service a priority. All in all a bad customer experience. We haven't been back to Subway since thisincident and dont intend to until they sort this out. Read more

Lady behind the counter looked like she just came from the gym. I ordered my sandwich and she kept staring outside and never... acknowledged me. Sloppily made my sandwich, forget to put avocado on it, didn?t cut it. Clearly there was something moreimportant than the customer on her mind. Read more

In June I made a mobile order and they took my money and said it was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the store there was... nobody there. I reached out to corporate online to try to get a refund with no response and both times I?ve called the storethey said as soon as the owner comes in they would pass the information along and I could get my refund. It?s been almost 2months and I haven?t gotten a call back or a refund. That night i didn?t even get to eat dinner because that was literally mylast. Everything is so expensive now and days and the money i wasted on this mobile order I could?ve used at chipotle orsomewhere that would?ve at least been open. really disappointed in this experience and I?ll never be coming back. I wish I would have read the reviews first. This was the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Subway. Unprofessional and couldn?t... even make the sandwich from the menu. I had to tell her what it included and she had to keep looking at the menu saying ?ohyeah?. I ordered 3 foot long steak monsters and they were awful. Very little meat. 27$ down the drain! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Read more

Very unprofessional, the employees were not wearing uniforms and the female employee was wearing a midriff top showing off her... playboy belly button ring. The bathrooms were closed, dining room was filthy, they "ran out" of onions, sandwich was uncut, employees did not follow proper hand washing procedures, and both employees walked out of the restaurant with their friend andleft customers inside eating alone. Completely absurd that these employees are being paid to hang out with their friends ratherthan work. Read more
