Starbucks here used to be good, last few times has been a horrible experience. They are never on time. The team member I don?t... know his name but was very short and rude and you can tell he didn?t want to be there. Today I get there and waited in line for5 minutes when I was told to go to another Starbucks because their employee just didn?t show up to work. Awesome service. Everyone was amazing, but there was a dark haired gentleman who went above and beyond what I consider... exceptional service. I wish I had grabbed his name. He made a point to memorize everyone?s name, keep a bright smile on thatradiated through his mask, and even walked another customer?s order out to their car. I work in retail, and especially duringCOVID, it?s been challenging to keep a happy face in addition to high quality customer service.
