Literally the worst drive through lin experience ever. First, in total they took 35 mins and each time I watched someone pull up... to the window, their drink wasn?t even started. Then, they messed up my order when I said it was iced and said I could have itfor free so I assumed they were remaking a free drink and she then asked me to pay. So disappointing, shouldn't take 25 minutes to get through the drive through when people are trying to get to work. Employees... have total lack of urgency, way to slow roll the morning! This happens often, I need to quit being so optimistic and just drivedown the street to the Starbucks on Altura. Read more
We ordered via mobile from this location and it was always ready within minutes!! Super fast service and drinks / sandwiches... were always good. Over a few days we had iced vanilla lattes, hot lattes, chais and fall drinks - all were great! Read more
Nice store. Unfortunate that staffing issues that are keeping them from opening on time the last few times I have visited... (Aug/sept 22) It has otherwise been a great store. Friendly service, convenient location. Very spacious open layout. I had toresort to 7-eleven for my coffee, people. This is truly a crisis of epic proportions. ;-) I do hope they can figure it out.This location, with all of the medical facilities around it, would seem to be such a natural choice to have these extended hoursif they can pull it off. Their signs and Google say they're open at 4:30am but you'll be lucky if they open by 5:30am. Then the manager treats you like... garbage because you showed up during the time it says they're open. The manager herself said that none of the employees show upon time. Second day in a row they didn't open by 5am let alone 4:30am like their signs say they do... I stopped in here because I had to pee like a race horse the staff was very welcoming said hello I noticed everything was clean... while I rushed by the tables and burst into the restroom. Restroom served its purpose and was also nice and clean ???? As I wasleaving the staff said goodbye and it was an overall 10 out of 10 experience. Read more
Poor customer service, no greetings when you come through the door, your food bags are left open on the counter food exposed.... Waited almost 10mins for my drink to be wrong. Not once as I was standing there did any worker approach me to see if neededhelp. Thanks to the manager for her help after she questioned if I ordered the wrong drink..... Read more
Go here any other day but Sundays. My drink was so gross. Update! October 16 decided to go on a Sunday and give it a try... again? Just received my drink and I opened my drink because it felt light. Come to find out I got a tall portion size? When Iordered a grande. Does not taste anything close to a psl. Just go to another Starbucks ??????????? Read more
