So the condiments section had no straws napkins messy crumbs on each table overstaffed in the back of the house but nobody is... tending to the lobby. There should be no reason I have to wait more than 5 min in the drive thru. Every time I come here the workers do not... acknowledge the drive thru. I see people look at me thru the window and I can see my drink and they walk away!!! My drink meltsor separates while I wait for someone to complete my order. This is very unacceptable!!!!! They are really nice but lie to my face when the drink is made wrong. Ordered a Venti, get charged less. I ask if they charged... me right, they say yeah. I get my drink. It's not full, the sticker says grande. If rather have a jerk get my drink right thandeal with fake kindness and a smaller drink. It doesn't matter how good your customer interaction is if the drink is wrong. Andyes size makes the drink wrong. Any barista should know if someone orders a certain amount of somethings in a larger size andyou put it in the smaller size, the proportions get messed up and ruins the drink. Read more
Honestly this is a great Starbucks. I genuinely do not get the negative reviews. Maybe the store has an off day here and there... but that?s every business anywhere you go. The staff is nice as hell and the coffee is hot, Wi-Fi works good, not dirty at allto be perfectly honest like some reviews indicate. I really think some of the negative reviews are just from people having a badday. Read more
My biggest complaint about this Starbucks location is how dirty it is all the time. The staff has always been okay to me, but... the inside and outside of the place makes you want to grab your drink and go somewhere else. I come here often when the Starbucks inside Safeway is closed. Every time..my drink is made differently even when I order it the... same way every time I come there. Today 1/1 I sent my boyfriend to grab one for me and he knows exactly what I get. He broughtit back (ordered a venti) and my coffee cup was a little over half way full..if that. And they did not make what was ordered atall. Called and asked for manager and all she had to say was ?thanks for letting me know, I?m sorry?! We paid $7 for acoffee..least the store could do was make it right and give me what I paid for. Trash! Read more
I have been coming to this store for 7 years. It has had its ups and downs. It has had a number of really good people work here.... I have known Greg for a number of years - he is always smiling and having fun. My order is usually being made by Barqlyn when hesees me walk in the door. Great place to unwind or wind up - whatever the case may be. Read more
