The customer service at this location has truly declined. They don?t greet you when you enter, they don?t announce the name on... the order when they place it on the shelf nor do they say thank you. My mobile order is NEVER ready on time anymore and mysandwich is always done first. It?s incredibly annoying my sandwich gets cold while I wait 5 minutes for my drink. I will startordering from the other location two minutes away instead. It just seems silly to go out of my way when there?s one right acrossthe street. Read more

Every time I come to this store my order is perfect. The staff is incredibly attentive and kind. Eve, the manager seriously... takes so much time and effort to make even the most complicated specialty drink perfectly, down to the last detail. This storeis always so clean, well staffed, and feels welcoming to stay and chat with a friend or grab your drink to go. The restrooms arealways clean and the atmosphere emulates the kind of experience you?d hope to find in a small local coffee shop, instead of achain store. Update- Still the best, and Diane has moved on. Definitely missed. Now we have the amazing Andrea, Kelly etc. Again one of the... best Starbucks in Aurora! They are kind, friendly, ask how your day is and care. They never forget a face nor the kind of drinkyou like. The store is always clean, including the restroom. This store always does such an amazing job. Not only is my stuff made right every time but they are a joy to be around. I am... busy boy mom and coming to Starbucks is usually my little mama escape and this store is always my favorite one to visit.
