If asked if you would like a receipt say yes. My order came to 11.56, I was asked if I'd like a receipt, said no and expected to... be handed the payment processor to administer a tip. I was not given the processor and the cashier administered their own tip. Read more

I understand today is Thanksgiving. But that doesn't mean the staff has to act miserable towards the customers. It isn't our... fault. They had the mobile orders just lying there and were snappy when they said my drink was coming. I asked for a pupacinnofor my dog and got the smallest one I've ever been served (it was inadequate for a cat) alongside some attitude. They didn't puta sleeve on my cup, but it wasn't worth it to ask for one. They're not attentive at all and it wasn't just one clerk, the moodin the entire store was bad and no one seemed to have any customer service. Read more

Always come through the drive through. They are hit or miss with the friendliness while taking your order. But if you're doing a... pick up through the drive thru, make sure you are getting all your items because they sometimes miss your food items! Read more

Worst Starbucks experience I?ve ever had. Met a co worker this morning for coffee and the music was extremely loud. So loud we... couldn?t hear each other speak. We moved tables and accidentally left a cup of creamer and stir stick at our precious, precioustable that was close to the speaker. During our conversation, some woman who worked behind the counter (pretty sure some sort ofmanager) came over and literally scolded us publicly for leaving ?garbage? at the old table. This was ridiculous, and we willnever return. You work in the food industry, it was an honest mistake. And seriously, just CLEAN it up. It?s your job. Sheproceeded to walk off all proud of herself and didn?t bother turning the music down after I complained and explained that?s whywe had to move tables in a rush. By the way, there were about 10 or more empty tables so my forgotten cup and stir stick wasn?tpreventing anyone from sitting. Apparently Karen resides in SB?s too. Never again. Usually very fast service. Generally, they are out of some of the baked goods as the day goes on, so get there early if you want... your pumpkin scone. Service is always good, workers are very polite. Never had problems with an order. Read more

Always a good experience here. Staff is friendly, muffins and cakes are delicious and my mocha w/almond milk is perfect.... Brought our new rescue puppers (thanks DDFL) with us for his first pupachino. Love the way they fuss over a fur baby! Buddyreceived much love. Read more

The staff was working their butts off and doing very well considering how busy they were. Everything was going out in a timely... manner and everything was delicious. However, I saw the manager tell her employees that SHE was gonna go sit down in the middleof rush, and told her employees to stop talking to each other because they weren?t getting work done. That?s not how you treatyour employees, especially when they?re literally working so hard. Read more

Not trying to get anyone in trouble but please don't give me my drink leaking. I had to go straight home and clean up my drink... and my vehicle. Wouldn't be so upset if this was the first time. Second time in a month, last time I was in the store and wasable to clean up myself. When you fill it too full and then put the top on it starts leaking, then you put another cup under it.It's still leaking! Don't hand me a mess like that! I set my drink on paper towel and the paper towel is soaked. So don't fillit that full and if you make a mess CLEAN IT! DON'T PUT ANOTHER CUP UNDER IT!! Read more
