I was ordering my coffee at the drive thru and the employee working at the window was, literally chatting for 5 minutes... straight. They held up the line. We confronted them about how rude it is to chat with the customer while there?s others waiting.They said ?I?m just doing my job.? ?If you want talk to the manager? ?all starbucks employees are like this? Rude employee witha nasty attitude. If you are doing your job then you shouldn?t get distracted talking to customers. They also refused to giveout their name, I noticed there was no name tag. TERRIBLE. Your baristas are trained so poorly. I literally have not had my drink made correct in years. Every single order is... remade and the remakes are wrong too. And the attitude you get for having them remake your drink is RIDICULOUS. Like if you didyour job correctly the first time we wouldn?t be standing here. The recipe for each drink is literally written out on the cup.There is no excuse. The laziness is also unacceptable, like instead of making cold foam you just throw a pump of pumpkin in someliquid and pour that in my cup instead of blending the cold foam? or using cold brew or iced coffee in place is espresso simplybecause you?re lazy. If you did your job correctly the first time you wouldn?t be getting called out. I?ve been drinkingStarbucks for every twenty plus years every day and I will not be any longer. I?m sick of it. I?m sick of wasting my time andmoney on something that is such poor quality. Your district manager needs to be in this store fixing it or Starbucks just needsto close it. The guys in the picture I posted were staring at me like I was in a prison atmosphere. Starbucks typically hires friendly and... customer service driven type of people. Was not expecting that at all???? The two Starbucks Coffee tenders disrespected meopenly by staring at me and laughing at me and I did nothing to them. It was so uncomfortable I had to leave. Left a really badtaste of my mouth and moving forward I'll stick with my usual Starbucks. Sadly every time I see the Mississippi Starbucks I willcringe???? Read more
