I was ordering my coffee at the drive thru and the employee working at the window was, literally chatting for 5 minutes... straight. They held up the line. We confronted them about how rude it is to chat with the customer while there?s others waiting.They said ?I?m just doing my job.? ?If you want talk to the manager? ?all starbucks employees are like this? Rude employee witha nasty attitude. If you are doing your job then you shouldn?t get distracted talking to customers. They also refused to giveout their name, I noticed there was no name tag.
