Normally i don't like to write these reviews but I got late to work so I'm a bit salty about that. I get that it's a new place... and new people work there but I had ordered ahead and still had to wait like 15 minutes for my order of a grande iced psl and aventi iced psl. This store is now in a different location, they moved from the plaza near King Soopers to a plaza near Chipotle and Jimmy... John's. This is a brand new building that wasn't here a few months ago. This location offers drive through, and indoor andoutdoor seating. A lot of electricity outlets. Very pleasant atmosphere and brightly lid during the day. Read more
Easy place to grab a coffee. No drive through, which is a good thing
I went at like 6 there were 2 workers the guy taking my order was really nice and I had no problem. Yet this girl was was kinda... rude and I got my drink and so did my friend our drinks tasted weird so I asked my friend if hers did she said yea and then ourstomachs started hurting so we threw it the experience was bad. This is my favorite Starbucks. I like to change up my order and get it customized to my liking. The baristas know how to get... my order right. They follow Starbucks standards. I don?t get a coffee that tastes like mint or a vanilla bean that tastes likesomething else- this happens at other Starbucks. The customer service is stellar. I drive 5 miles to get to this one insteadof the one that has a drive through close to my house because of the better customer service and knowing they?ll get our drinksright. They?re awesome! Never ordering from this Starbucks location again. Placed an UberEats order this morning and asked for no ice in my drink, since... $5+ for a Tall size is expensive enough as it is anyway. I got a drink that's half-full. They chose not to fill it all the waybecause I didn't want ice in my drink. I'm not paying over $5 for frozen water, I'm paying for the coffee. Absolutely irritatedand gave them 1 star on UberEats too. Read more
