This is the only place I have ever, ever, ever, EVER been to where when I ask for something to be made a surprise for myself,... they not only make it right the first time, but offer to re-make anything of my choosing if it's not up to my standards before Itasted it. I usually don?t post. But the sanitation at this Starbucks was horrible. Inside there were flies all over, landing on food and... drinks sitting at the counter. Several kept landing on my arm as I ordered. I was served my to-go drink after sliding it acrossthe counter covered in syrup and milk. Both bathrooms were dirty, unsanitary and present with flies? Absolute worst spot on the planet. Every single employee at this location is lazy and incompetent. Can?t brew coffee, can?t give... change correctly, can?t communicate, can?t get drink orders correct, can?t seem to muster the strength to close their dumpsterdoor, the list is endless. I?ve contacted corporate about this store location closing way too early even before closing time without an explanation. I... always get turned down and away almost every single night way before closing time stating that they are closed without anyreason and without turning off the store lights. This is the only store in the green Valley Ranch are that closes at 11pm andit?s very disappointing they are always doing this to customers. I hope they can make a change to this store and if anyone elsehas experience this I suggest contacting the corporate office they also have online chatting to make it easier and faster. Read more
Ordered a caramel frapp. with an extra shot, the drink came out almost white. 15 minutes after I mobile ordered it and had to... ask if it was made yet seeings my sandwich was already on the counter cooled off. When I asked if they remember the extra shotbc it was light, and it's not a new order for me. I was told yes then got a mouth full of sugar for my first sip. Hardly tastecoffee. These guys are great! Not only did they let me work from the shop for most of the day (I made sure to order things throughout... the day of course), I watched them be so friendly to every customer and address their regulars by name! Really top notch staff. Read more
