We just went though the drive thru and try to order a chocolate cherry shake. Two different people tried to take the order and... couldn't figure out how to ring up a chocolate shake at Cherry. We were so frustrated that we left without placing the rest ofour order. Read more
Website and more say they are open till 11, then close at 10 for cleaning. However they have cars in the drive through and are... serving them. Unacceptable for a company to be false advertising when other stores near by are staying true to their time shown. Read more
I was contemplating a lower rating but this is the first time I've been to Sonic, so maybe this was my fault. I ordered a plain... cheeseburger with just ketchup. Much to my surprise, I received a bun, slice of cheese, and ketchup. No burger patty in sight.The burger was quickly replaced with one with a burger patty in it, so again, maybe I just don't know the secret sonic orderingcode. ???? Read more
This sonic is the worst..I asked for a strawberry cheesecake shake, the 2 for 5 burgers with an extra burger, large chili cheese... tots, and a grape cream slush. The was no strawberry in my shake and they didn't add the extra burger. Upon adding it theycharged me $7 for one damn burger. Turns out they gave me a completely different burger than I asked for. If you'd get someonethat speaks and understands English to work the drive thru that'd be great. Read more
Always a pleasant trip when it's decided to have "America's Drive-In" for lunch/dinner! The were no problems with ordering our... food, the person taking our food was very nice and made sure to double check to see if everything on the screen was correct. Theonly thing I had an issue with was the fact they abruptly ended the interaction without saying something first. The typical"We'll have that right out for you" Or "Thank you" or something of that variation. They didn't even tell us what the amount was.They just hung up and the "Cash/Card" Payment popped up on the screen . It just would have been nice to confirm our order beforehanging up is all. Other than that isolated incident, the rest of the experience was fine. They had our food out in a timelymanner, our waiter was very kind and formal wished up a good night. The food was good, I even got a cool-looking onion ring! Itwas a good time, I just hope next time when we have someone take our order, they'll be more courteous. Updated (As of 4/1/22):Is it me, or does it seem the touch screen/menu thingies get dirtier with each visit? It was covered in who-knows-what. Itlooked so gross, we had to use a napkin to activate the red button and touchscreen. Other than that, we had no real issues. Weordered our food, the food was at our car within like 10 minutes, our server was very polite and made sure we didn't needanything else. We checked out food and everything was there! Look like they took this out the trash and put it on the bun!! If I pay for something I would expect it to be at least eatable.... It is hard!!! Check your food before you leave or just don?t purchase food at this sonics. Disgusting Read more
Horrible experience. Texas toast had no butter or flavor, it's just a piece of bread that's slightly toasted on one side yet... cold. Chicken tenders were dry and thin. I've had Rocky Mountain oysters they had more meat and flavor. I got the new crunchwrap burrito as well... Hardly anything in it. Next time I'll just stay home and cook for myself. No more Sonic for me. Throwingit all away, $22 worth of food that was horrible, except the coney dog, that was ok. Read more
We ordered a large chili cheese fry, tator tots, green hatch chili with bacon burger and of course drinks! They were pretty busy... but fast, order was correct. Not bad at all. Read more
