This restaurant continues to be disappointing. Every single time I order from them they ALWAYS get my order wrong. I always ask... for no cheese on my burgers. I stopped ordering online and decided to order in person today and they still got my order wrong.They are never able to issue a refund over the phone, so I have to waste more gas just to go back for a refund. Today, not onlywas my order wrong but there was a hair in the burger. Just absolutely disgusting! Read more
Visited here for lunch today. Lady at the counter, Jennifer I think, was completely indifferent to me. She was milling around... behind the counter without even acknowledging me, for at least a few minutes. When she finally decided to take my order, shewas not friendly at all. There was no one else in the restaurant. Though I do not expect stellar service at a fast foodrestaurant, I do expect some acknowledgement and communication. Saw that Smashburger was doing a BOGO on burgers. It was hot out so a beer and burgers sounded good. Walked right in and... ordered. Paid up and was told our order would be right out. Before walking away I asked about the beers and was told that theywould be right out. 10 minutes later our burgers came and again we asked about the beers. It turns out that the cashier wasn'told enough to carry beers around and finally rounded up an adult to do it. Bad service, good burgers. Read more
The whole experience was a colossal failure! I ordered (online) the club burger and fries. Both were cold and dry. The fries... seemed like they had been sitting out all day. I requested ketchup on the burger and there was barely any on it. Nor did itimprove when I added more. NONE of their milkshakes were available. My boss's order wasn't any better! We literally work 3minsfrom the Colfax location and waited on the food to be ready. Employees were not at all friendly. Read more
Lovely experience! It wasn't busy at all, the employees were so kind and polite throughout the time we were there and the food... was amazing, I definitely reccomend one of their signature burgers if you're starting out and unsure what to get (also theirfries are AMAZING in the sense that they are salted *just* the right amount, but other times they do come off oversalted), butif you have the spare time, just dine in! They'll hand you a number and you place it whatever you wanna sit and after you waitthe world is your oyster! All in all, it's a great time and its it a very warm and friendly atmosphere that'll make for awonderful and joyous experience. (Updated: As of April 19, 2022): Smashburger was yet again, a lovely time. It's usually onlylike one person in line when you go in and someone will always be there ready to take your order, which is nice compared toother places where they may be too busy or occupied and you have to do that weird waiting game. But we never usually have thatproblem here. The staff has always been friendly and has gotten our order right down to the last removal of pickles. Now,however, I've noticed depending on what you order will factor in how long it takes for your food to be ready, such as when Idecided to try their chicken sauce, it took like 10 minutes when it usually takes about 5 minutes for them to get our order ofjust burgers, so beware of that. What I enjoy is that when they call the name of your order (if it's takeout at least), theywill let you know if they have included things or sauce, and if they didn't include them, they'll either direct you to the areasthat have them or they'll grab them, depending on availability. I think that's very refreshing, especially when usually you haveto check yourself and sometimes have to go back and ask or go to their designated area to get them.
