I was hesitant to visit this Santiago's location because of the negative reviews, but it was a good experience! The... drive-through is super convenient, and at 1 pm on a Friday it took us 10 minutes to order, pay, and get our food. Everyone wespoke to was really nice despite potentially being understaffed (they're hiring ????). We'll be back! Breakfast ends at 11 am,so I can't compare the breakfast burritos to ones I've had from different Santiago's locations, but we got 1 vegetarian burrito(beans, cheese, rice, and guac) and 1 with meat (beans and carnitas) - both burritos were a decent size and the meat onedefinitely had noticeable meat (another review mentioned the meat was lacking). i used to come more often but the size of the burritos keeps getting smaller, and the customer service keeps getting worse. 9... times out of 10 my order is wrong. I ask for smothered i get hand held. things like that. the past 2x it?s made me feel sick therest of the day! :( Read more

You can't miss with Santiago's you just have to learn the menu........ I suggest getting the beef and bean plain with or without... cheese your preference and ordering chili on the side also their tamales are the best a dozen runs about $ 27.50 Read more
We recently stopped coming here sadly. We live near the airport and made the drive often but literally the last 5 orders we?ve... had issues with chili or other items missing from our orders. I?ve called and complained I?ve even checked my order beforeleaving and been ?catfished? where it looked like we had chili and didn?t. And gone as far as asking them to double check beforegiving my my order. The last straw and reason for the long write up is our last order tasted soulless. We finally got the chiliwe requested but it literally tasted like nothing. No flavor, love etc and our burritos were still made wrong after order chiliinside and on the side we only got our side order. Yet again the burritos looked like they had chili, due to randomly havingchili on both ends of the burrito. But after eating same thing, no chili whatsoever. Now we just go to the Brighton locationit?s worth the drive and they always get the order right. Also it would be great if they asked about pick up/online orders sothey can shorten the line wait. I'm so sick of this place. All I order is bean and cheese burrito w/half and half chili inside. And EVERYtime the cheese is not... melted. I've in the past, taken the time to warm it up in the microwave. Which in itself is an inconvenience because how messythese burritos are. So I've politely started to ask to have the burritos warmed, like simply leaving them on the grill in thefoil. However, the fact that they try to tell you what... meat you can have in your breakfast burritos on certain days is a little ridiculous.
