This has been one of our go to spots for years. We have noticed recently that their customer service has gone downhill. Two... days in a row and terrible communication. If your CC machine is down, fine let customers know before we order and if yourcosts are rising, again fine let us know. I hope management gets a hold of the shortfalls soon or we will make this a formerspot. Read more
Presentation of food was nice but it was the wrong orders. Yes, orders, more than 1, actually more like 4. We asked for fried... beans not black beans. The cashier repeated it back to us yet the cook didn't pay attention serving the plates? After all, hedid look like he didn't wanna work, the cashier had to explain how to do the plates. The cashier had zero assertiveness,courtesy when we asked if we could get some salsa. I would not come back here. Before, when it had a different name it wasdifferent, much much better. I have a solution though, how about open the styrofoams and show the customers their food beforebagging it up? It would save us all a headache. Read more
I visited the establishment because of the good reviews. I went inside and it was completely empty I ordered a chicken... quesadilla. The workers were not rude however they were fooling around with each other. I got home I have only a cheesequesadilla, presentation sloppy, guacamole looks old, some type of white stuff on my pinto beans. On top of that I still left atip to only receive bad food. Will not go here again. It?s really mind blowing that I was the only customer and you guys stillmessed up my order. Thanks for nothing. Read more
5 stars for the amazing girl who was working. 4 stars for the food. I got the quesadilla burrito with chicken. The chicken was... 100% real and you could see the big chunks. The flavor overall was okay. Would I come again? Yes. I'd just try something else. Read more
During Covid, they are doing a great job of keeping the location clean and still serving delicious food. Try the Grilled Steak... Burrito and ask for a side of Pico de gallo with your chips. I love the warm-flaky tortillas. Mmmm! Read more
The food was perfect and the spicy salsa was one of a kind!! I got a box of carnitas fajitas for $10 and had to split into to... meals to finish. There are chips that comes with the meal and guac included so I think the price is reasonable. Will come backto get their spicy salsa and try other items on the menu! Read more
The food looks good but it lacked flavor for me. I felt the carnitas were dry and could have used a bit of seasoning. The beans... and rice could have used seasoning too, or at least salt. It's possible they don't flavor food and expect you to put your choiceof salsa in everything. If that's the case, fine, but I wish I had known. Still, staff was friendly and the for came out in goodtime. Great prices too. Read more
Used to come here alot but recently has gone down hill. During covid they removed the salsa bar and its understandable. Now they... still dont have the salsa bar amd have recently put a limit of 4 salsas they give you. No matter if you order 1 order or 5 likeI usually do. Aside from the prices gone up amd quality gone down, at least they can provide the salsas as needed.. Plus seemsto be the afternoon employees are rude and unfriendly.
