Let me begin by saying this is actually my second time here. I'm giving it a second star because it's a restaurant, and after... all, they sell food. This location in particular sells great food, and I was satisfied with what I ordered. Unfortunately due toservice, I won't be returning for a third visit. After an unreasonably long wait for an assembly line style dive, I attempted toplace my order and was corrected and told what I wanted by the first staff member I encountered, and then told I'd be up chargedbeyond the menu price for an advertised item because it came with guacamole. That's cool, whatever, it's like a dollar. But itwas rude to correct me as the customer. After moving down the line the next employee was less than knowledgeable about what hewas trying to make me but I was able to point at things and get them on my burrito. When I got to check out I was asked if I'dbe dining in, to which I responded Yes. The cashier wrapped my food up and boxed it to go anyway. I told him no, it's for hereand he basically pried my credit card out of my hand before I could tell him I wanted a drink. They apparently don't care aboutsales and I felt like I was being pressured to leave the establishment. So I guess after I finish this meal, I'll do just that.The food is good, but the service is unacceptable. Edit: Followed up on owner's response, Never heard back. Read more
First time there. Loved my food but the service was less than personal. Very non existent actually. The guy at the cashier... only asked for the money and that was it. Changed my 4 to a 3 for that. I'll go again sometime and update my review. Read more
Unbelievable choices in burritos. Jam packed full. Very tasty. Sign up and they will text you 2 for 1 specials! I love it and... I'm not usually a burrito girl as they are normally too spicy. This place is great ! Read more
The renegade chicken was decent at best. Hardly any flavor and it was cold. Actually, everything was cold. It was a big burrito... but it was so bland. Spend your money at a Moe's or Chipotle if you want better quality. Customer service was good though. Read more
I was a big fan of big city burrito and this is as close as you can get. It used to be a big city and but they are making there... own path. I wish they were open later is my only gripe. Read more
