We ended up going here because the wait at another restaurant was too long. However, I'm glad we did. The food was better than... I remember it (I had the lobster pasta). The staff was very attentive and accommodating to my family, including 2 smallchildren. It may have been because they weren't very busy, but the service was fast; which I appreciate because we all know whatit's like taking small kiddos to a restaurant. My 2yr old ate her lunch...yes! Service has always been good, atmosphere is nice, kid friendly, food is cook great but when it comes to taste is more in the... plane side then with flavors, the chocolate cake they have is amazing so Chocolatey and moist. Read more
We went for dinner. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and they seated us at our table pretty quickly. We sat... in a booth across from the bar, and surprisingly was very cozy. The staff was friendly. Our server was amazing, knowledgable,and fast. Our food was delicious! We ordered appetizers, salads, biscuits (so yummy), and multiple main dishes. We lovedeverything we ordered, and the drinks were very tasty. Overall, our experience was very pleasant, and we will definitely bereturning to this particular restaurant. Read more
Food was great. Server was great. However there were 18 of us and our group gets together once a month. It was set up that there... would be separate checks. At the end we were given one of those little table computer things with all 18 people's charges on it.One computer for all of us. It took forever. We are a group of seniors and expected a paper check for each of us. Someone wantedto pay cash others wanted to charge it. Personally, I felt grateful that I was one of the first ones that could check out. Theyhad to put tables together for us so they should have maybe had one of those computers for each of the tables they put together.But what they should have done is done a single check for each of us to start with. We frequent this location often, and I really enjoy the wait staff. We have usually have Jason (who my kids just adore!) but... last night, we had Brittany. She was wonderful. Our food was super quick, hot, fresh and really good. She helped us get a togo order to bring home for someone, and the overall experience was wonderful. Read more
You know growing up Red Lobster was a treat, it was a nicer place to go with the family. Now, it's like Red Robin, or On the... Border. The service was fine, nothing special. The appetizers we good. They have always done that well, but the dinner was so,so. Nothing special, nothing that stands out. The Scallops were cooked perfectly, but there was no flavor. Not spice or Scalloptaste. The baby lobster tail was ok. Once again, cooked perfectly but just bland. It's a shame. The fried shrimp tasted likethey came from the freezer, but the highlight was the satiated garlic butter shrimp. It is what it is. Read more
Very nice place. Our server was very polite and attentive but not intrusive. We ordered the Wednesday specials and it was... delicious. It didn't feel it was a chain restaurant but kind of an escape from COVID and feel normal again. The staff wearsmasks!!! Thank you. Read more
This was my first Red Lobster experience! Alot to choose ! It was great! The staff was friendly. Our server was amazing,... knowledgable, and fast. Our food was delicious!
