At 4:40pm on Thursday October 6th my friend and I came in to get some food, and was not pleased one bit with the service from... two gentlemen and one gal. The gal had a huge hickey on her neck that was very noticeable and not work appropriate, let alonethe fact that it was the first thing noticeable about her. The two gentlemen when we order our bowls told my friend she has tohave everything on it as the menu said but we just asked for extra protein and after the attitude that was given from these 2gentlemen we didn?t get what we asked for on the bowls nor did we feel respected as consumers to this establishment. Is a shame that you don't have your printer working. A printer for God Sake. We can't scan our app for the rewards. For the... last 3 months. And your manager doesn't know what to do. I had been there in the last 3 months and no one can fix it. Really? Amultinational company with tons of liquidity cannot fix the scanner or the printer. Read more

We've been going to this location for years; little bit of a bummer tonight. 1) Ordered a few of the new surf 'n turf meals... which tasted great, the bummer being the server wanted to charge me extra for pinto beans rather than black beans. 2) Thelocation is getting tired and due for a deep cleaning. 3) The rewards code on the receipt is unreadable and you can't be lookedup by phone number, so I'm out this visit (again--this has happened before). The not-bummer is the excellent food--very tastyand the portions + guac make us repeat customers. Great food, covid-generation help. Read more

A clean restaurant with standard Mexican food and Qdoba menu. The staff was good however the beverage machine was broken and... they had very little left to sell in the cooler. The management should have addressed this. It appeared to have been broken forsome time. Read more

We went in to eat. We were the only customers in the restaurant. They were busy filling online orders. There were 3 people... working on the line and one in the food prep area. We left after waiting because it was apparent that they were not going toserve us anytime soon. No one even said anything as we walked out. Read more

Oh Qdoba...how far you have fallen. I've been a faithful customer since 2000 (not necessarily this location) but I just can't... anymore. After not fulfilling online time promises then being rude about it then dealing with employees that couldn't care lessabout customer service and food quality and then of course none of our order was accurate or even tasted near as it good as itdid in the past...our family is moving on ( don't worry not to chipotle ????) I'll never come here again. Guy gave me like a pinch of pulled pork and I asked for double meat. Then I had to pay like 15... dollars for the burrito. Such a rip off. Not only that, the bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Clogged toilet and various grossrandom items in and around the toilet. Dear owner: don?t respond to this, as your other responses are pathetic, corporate hotair. Just tell your people to stop shorting customers. I read some of the other reviews, seems like its a recurring theme forthem to short customers on ingredients. Read more

Pretty inconsistent whenever I come here. Always out of guac and whenever I ask for a chicken peotein bowl they always ask me... what I want. The chicken protein bowl doesnt come with anything else besides whats on the menu so I have to look at the menuabove and tell them whats in it because they think I'm asking for a regular bowl. No, I'm asking for a chicken protein bowl... Ishould be getting double portions of chicken, black beans, pico, guac, green salsa verde, and lettuce. Don't ask me if I wantrice with that. Also whenever there IS guac it's not even smashed all the way. I get huge chunks of avocado in my meal. I can'timagine working here because clearly they dont give the employees proper training to do their job. When the guy was asked tolook at the little sign that tells them what to put in my meal he said, "I can't see that it's too small." Well somebody make itbigger then? I don't understand why it's such a secret Qdoba, make your font bigger for your employees so that they can getmeals right. Read more
