These pupusa’s are absolutely delicious! The menu is in Spanish, so look ahead and use a translator app if you are not... proficient. The staff was so kind and patient with me as I stumbled my way through ordering.\n\nI got a beans and cheese (myfavorite of this meal!) and a pork papusa (filled corn cakes) that were both filled to bursting with deliciousness. The friedplantains were caramelized and rich, complemented nicely by the crema sauce. I also tried the plantain empanadas which werecustardy and sweet to end the meal.\n\nThe seating is comfortable and there was plenty of it on a Thursday afternoon. Thesetting is very casual, much like a taqueria or fast food joint, but the food is anything but! If you haven’t tried Salvadoranfood, this is a good place to start. Read more

I ordered a tamal, I should have taken a pic when I was given the order because what she gave me is not a tamal. It took a long... time to get it too! Read more

We came to Pupusas unexpectedly. I left thinking Salvadorian food could be the best food in the world. Caramelized sweet &... creamy plantains with salty bean and sour cream sauces. Flayed, butter fried shrimp dusted with oregano. Cheesy Revuelta &Loroco pupusas, were loco. This place is busy on the weekends, so prepare for a little wait, but for us the service was friendlyand fantastic. They may possibly have the cutest coffee cups in the world. Read more

I ordered some cheese and loroco pupusas to surprise my bf (he’s Salvadoran) and they don’t skimp on the cheese. The pupusas... size are pretty good too. They also sell snacks (prepackaged breads and chips) and the plantain strips (Maduritos) are so good. They also got some soda/juice from El Salvador and Honduras too. I will come back to try some other stuff on the menu. Read more
