These stupid fast food restaurant App's that never work right! Drove over to Popeye's at 11097 E Colfax for a BOGO on a chicken... sandwich. The App didn't work. I tried for 45 minutes just to order anything on the mobile App, even called their customerservice number which was horrible. I could barely understand the person who was obviously working from home because of cracklingand grinding noises on her phone. The manager of this store Nelly couldn't have provided worse customer service. There was nocustomer service. I told her I had a BOGO and what it was for. She barely spoke English, but told me to come inside. I thoughtthey were going to help me with the App. Instead she ignores me completely and goes and sits down in the dining room with afriend and her family to talk for an hour. Totally useless. What was I supposed go inside for? Never again! I ended up orderingsome fried chicken pieces and whatever breading they use was falling off everywhere. It wasn't that great. My first and lastvisit. Order on the app at 6:04pm and chose drive through pickup. Got there at 6:10 and waited in line for 10 minutes before being... told online orders must be handled inside. Waited inside for another 30 minutes and got my food at 6:57 Read more

The doors RIGHT UP Against the counter is dumb. But decent staff and clean. It's Popeyes so typical menu and prices. Usually... fresh. Really not that busy most times but It is on east Colfax so it fluctuates. Read more

I give it 5stars for the food and 0 for there drive to cuz it's been already but 3 weeks that they still haven't got their... drive-thru box fixed so if you put the gravity they'll tell you straight up I'll drive through it's not working whenever youcome around you're welcome coming to the front door so other than that good luck Read more

The customer service was almost on point but anyone could tell that the manager was being polite back simply because I was being... polite. It was almost like he was in awe that someone was being kind and not rushing. But the food... The food was horrible. Thebiscuit was hard and the mild chicken tenders were hard as a rock. When the tenders are DARK after being fried .... THEY AREGOING TO BE HARD AND BURNT. Pleased yet surprised they were on point with the red beans and rice... But really.. ??
