They use DoorDash for delivery and the food never showed. I tried to call and they immediately put me on hold and left me there... indefinitely (we waited 12 minutes and then we were able to drive to the store without anyone ever answering). To their credit,they refunded our money and offered to remake the order for free. However when we got home one of the pizza boxes was justempty. The remade food we received was good pizza hut pizza and bread sticks. The bread sticks is another issue. We could notjust order bread sticks. We luckily had points which allowed us to add bread sticks, but we cannot just add them to an ordernormally. Read more

I?ve had repeated problems with this location and you?d think after the 4th time I?d just let it go and never order again, but I... am without a vehicle today and was forced to endure a 2 hour wait when I was quoted 30-40 minutes. After about an hour I wasnotified my order would be delivered by Doordash. Hug red flag, I know. I should?ve just canceled at that point but I thoughtmaybe Doordash could do the job better than Pizza Hut anyways. Not only did the driver get lost?lol? he forgot part of my order.Both pizzas were literally soggy through the box and room temperature and the boneless wings were so soggy that it was inedibleand chewy. If I ever order again I?ll just be picking up my order. You know Pizza Hut has fallen pretty far when they can?t evenget drivers to work for them. I usually have no issues with this place, but I wanted to recognize Manager Tatiana for her amazing service tonight. My delivery... driver was awful. She called me to come downstairs because she was "scared that her car would be towed" within the 3 mins itwould have taken her to walk upstairs to deliver it. The reason I ordered delivery is because I have a broken ankle and I am oncrutches. I also have an auto-immune disorder and asked for contactless delivery because I am at risk. She stayed in the careven after she saw me limping down the walkway and waited to hand my the pizza through her window without getting out. Tatianawas attentive, kind, and understanding when I was describing the situation. She went above and beyond to make it right,sincerely apologizing to me. The employees at this store will be the reason it ultimately closes for good. They do not care, they are indifferent if not just... down right rude. You will stand at the front counter forever without being acknowledged. They just carry on with theirconversation as if you aren't there, and they aren't at work. The pizza is nothing like what Pizza Hut should be. It's so dry,and what little cheese is on there is completely burnt. I wouldn't even try to order delivery from this place anymore bc youprobably just won't get your pizza, but to go in as a repeat customer, tipping these people 20% to get treated like dirt, nothank you. I honestly feel bad for the managers at this store. No way they will last long. Just like the previous managers.Officially done with Pizza Hut. Terrible. Read more

I ordered a pizza for delivery that never came. No one rang the doorbell or called. I had to call to ask about the pizza and no... one had answers. I ended up having to go get the pizza. They gave me the same pizza that was made an hour ago and no refund. Iwill not be returning. Read more

Well there should literally be no star. I did not receive my pizza I waited over two hours for. I was pretty psyched because I... haven?t ate a pepperoni pizza in three years and it?s my birthday. The manager talking to the delivery girl said that shedropped it off. Well clearly at the wrong address. So my instruction of knock lightly meant to just drop it off at the wrongaddress while I wait for hours on my birthday night. This is definitely the worst delivery experience I?ve had in years possiblyof all time. Read more

2/25/22-When I go to pizza hut I expect to pay high prices when compared to other places, but my mom wanted to try their new... spicy pizza. I normally go to Dominos because they are the best value for fast food pizza. The woman ahead of me in lineactually told them to cancel her order and got mad at them when they told her they no longer had in store specials and allspecials were just online. When I ordered my pizza I told the guy that I wanted the peppers on the side. It was both on theorder and he said he would tell the people making the pizza. Needless to say they didn't put the peppers on the side. This placejust can't handle even basic things. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was because the flavor of the pizza wasn'tthat bad, but for customer service they would be 1 star. Read more

This was the worst experience I've had at pizza hut. I originally placed an online order and after an hour of waiting for... delivery, I called to check in and get an ETA for my delivery as it was getting late. I was told that it would take another hourand a half to get the food delivered. I live 6 minutes away from pizza hut so instead of waiting another hour and a half I toldthe manager that I'd come and pick up my order. I drive to the location and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes behind anothercustomer who was already there waiting. There was no one at the front to greet us and all we heard was a bunch of what soundslike kids playing in the back and arguing over sauces. After the awkwardness the customer who was there before me screamed"excuse me" and someone yelled "we will be right with you". After about two minutes the manager came out. A short Mexican girlwith long nails scratching all over her mouth without gloves. We ended up getting our orders and finally upon returning home wenoticed that our food was cold and the bread sticks were burnt. The cinnamon sticks were so old and cold they split right inhalf when we tried to separate it. I called to let the manager know how unsatisfied we were as our order had obviously beensitting there for over an hour waiting to be delivered before I went to pick it up. She then put me on hold for over 10 minutesand gave evey excuse why the food wasn't cold and why it wasn't burnt. I asked her if she'd like me to bring the food back andshe declined. She said there isn't anything she could do. I asked her for her name and she hung up the phone in my face. Icalled back a few times to collect the name of the store manager however they kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. Iwould defined not recommend this place to anyone.
