Made an order a few weeks ago came cold, wrong and took a long time. Was told next time I order I would get a free pizza and 2... litter. Edit: a year later I tried this store again. I asked for a call when my order was delivered as I was omw home and my roommates... were asleep. Your employees apparently can't follow delivery instructions because my partner, nor I never received a call and Iarrived to cold pizza on my porch. Thanks ???? There's no point in contactless delivery if they have to see you when they pullup. I'm also hearing impaired and in my directions explicitly asked that they text my number when they arrived and instead theychose to call. Didn't feel very disability friendly Ordered a thin and a hand tossed, received two thin crusts, both overcooked. Cinnamon rolls also over cooked. Won't be ordering from this location again. Man, I will be honest, Pizza Hut wasn't our first choice, BUT we struggled both online and on the phone with "the other place"... and Pizza Hut, well... they saved us tonight and we will be moving them to top choice from here on out. Their wings were betterand so was their service. From ordering to delivery, nice people and got our order right, AND delivery before the time given!!The pizza was great too, and even without coupons the price was good. Wow. I have not been to Pizza Hut in years and will not be back. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with light cheese and it looks... like they dumped several cups on it. The other pizzas also had tons of cheese on them and there was so much cheese, it wasn'teven cooked - it was still shredded and cold in the middle of the pizza. Didn't even get the correct pizza made - missing halfof the ingredients. Breadsticks had no butter on them and were hard as a rock. $50 down the drain. What a waste. I will goanywhere else but here. Blackjack, Dominos, Jets, Godfathers, even Marcos is better than this. Read more
Incorrect items, poor quality & delivery. I hadn't ordered from this Pizza Hut in a few months due to quality issues, and... unfortunately I'm afraid to say they haven't improved, from order accuracy to delivery. Ordered a pizza with extra cheese -came with light cheese. Ordered Dr. Pepper, came with Diet Pepsi. Pizza was clearly dropped. Just a failure all around, andunfortunately not isolated, just frequent enough that I finally have to post about it. Order from another location or anothervendor. Called management, Matt was professional & receptive to listening to concerns, but ultimately involved platitudes'reliable driver' etc. Not dealing with the issue. Read more
Ordered a supreme pizza and added olives and pineapple. Got the pizza and for some reason there is NO cheese. When i called they... said I ordered it like that... Finally after almost 15 minutes on the phone with them the manager brian finally and reluctantlyagreed to have someone bring me another pizza WITH CHEESE. But both delivery guys were cool. Read more
Gave this Pizza Hit a second try. Ordered 2 medium pizza's online, Thursday around 6:30pm, food was here at 7:12, about 11... minutes after estimated time provided. Was happy with that. Driver seemed frazzled, like they were having a tough night butdespite that he was still very friendly and polite. The pizza tasted good, there was perfect amount of sauce, cheese andtoppings. It was also cooked extra crispy as we requested in the special requests notes online. Pizza was perfect deep goldenbrown crunch but not brunt and the topings/cheese were not over cooked either. Both arrived intact and warm enough to have 1slice but was not hot. We did place both pizza's in oven at 200 to heat for a bit. We usually make our own pizza and orderdelivery maybe once or twice a year. We were satisfied with our choice to order pizza in place of cooking. Read more
Pizza was great, employees were great. To the upper management that does the dumb gimmick of if your employees don't offer to... show you your pizza or its free is lame. That's why I called it out tonight....I hope more people do as well. Don't do that toyour employees or maybe you wouldn't expect guests to call you out. I don't know but either way, get rid of the lil sign....itsnot clever. Read more
