After 4 hours the old lady security comes and tells me I have to leave I'm parked illegally. I talked to the store MGR. He told... me I have to leave if she said so. The first thing the security lady asked was to see my parking certificate. I said I don'thave one it's not a space. She said I had to move then because someone else was waiting for it. I said it's not a space markedfor parking or reserved. She said we consider it a space. So it basically came down to if I paid for it I could have stayedthere. Read more
Great location, it?s always packed place, it?s had to find parking space. Just get fuel & snacks and keep moving.
Don't expect to find parking, not their fault. Shower #14 is amazing. Great water pressure. #14 should be the standard bearer... all across Pilot FJ. P.S. High water pressure allows drivers to take faster showers reducing wait times!!! Also please give payraise to employees maintaining showers!!! Read more
Helpful staff they get people taken care of and on their way quick. I don?t understand why people fuss about the homeless or how... busy it is, it?s not their fault the area the truck stops in and the crowd. Corporate wants to make money out of drivers for profit for parking instead of being free. Very disorganized box trucks and... bobtails taking over the big spaces but sure enough they like when we come fuel up to make their pockets bigger what a shame notrucker love as if we don?t put up with enough out there. Large parking lot. Plenty of places for the furries to relieve themselves. I love the design of the showers here! The hooks are... installed where they're helpful and the shower isn't wide opened so that if someone were to open the door accidentally, youwouldn't be just staring at them buck naked.It's mid May and hot today but snow and 40+ mph winds are expected tonight andtomorrow. Parking is a real hot mess here, they allow people to park just about anywhere and block anyone. Absolutely 0 order to things... and they don't allow drop trailers to do Grocery runs to Walmart that's 5min away. Read more
You have to come early if you want a spot to park. Other than that it's like most flying J. This one is a bit busy but not to... bad. You can tell the staff work hard the store is well stocked, clean. So for that I thank you guys ???? Read more
