3 hours and I still have no pizza I seriously cannot believe this. I had this issue last time! When you call this place directly... they don't answer & yet they havent fixed it. Coporate just says they will call you in 48 hours but cannot connect you to thisrestaurant. I will never ever order from here again. What in the world. My order still says preparing... what?! *** Update ourpizza just got here, and it's from a door dash person. We tipped him $15 for his trouble and rejected the pizza, seriously soupset. We have kids who were waiting to eat, we had to order from another place to feed them, spent way more money after thisdoor dash tip... You need to get it together. If I could rate no stars I would. The app wasn?t adding my cheese sauce to my order so I called after submitting order and... added. Delivery comes I ask the driver if my cheese is in the boxes. He says yes. I quickly go inside and check. No cheese hmmm.I go back out and catch the driver he then tells me the door dash guy took my cheese. I said do you didn?t get more. He justapologized and tried to return his tip. I call to complain and get a credit. Manager says he won?t credit the order over thecheese. I said it?s what I wanted to eat my pizza with. Told me it doesn?t matter. I say some choice things and hang up. Only tothen find out the stuffed crust pizzas I ordered aren?t stuffed crust. They are now sending me new pizzas over 1.5 hours later.This was for my 3 kids mother and I. They are terrible. 3/4 of the last orders were messed up. Read more
This has been our go to Papa John?s for years, however the last two orders that we?ve made, their pizzas have been garbage. The... cheese on the pizzas have been light and burnt and unsatisfactory. This is really disappointing, especially because like I said,we can ordering from them for such a long time. I really hope that they figure it out and stop sending out pizza like this :( Read more
Honestly, super disappointing experience. It's supposed to be very difficult, but they managed to mess up pizza. I ordered... online delivery, cash, pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and received literal cardboard. Not to mention it took 2 hours to be givenour cardboard. I called and understood there was only one delivery guy for the night but seriously? 2 hours for cardboard pizza?My husband insisted on eating it cuz he paid for it but Papa John's might as well have deficated on my birthday cake and givenme a slice. If I could give you 0 stars, I would. 1. Customer service is rude. You either don?t ever answer the phone. Or when you do,... you?re rude for no reason. Person told me ?we can?t take your order over the phone? and hung up. 2. I order a Philly cheesesteak pizza. Why were the green peppers all on one slice of pizza? Great pizza! We had gotten the XL NY style pizza and it honestly tasted like just like a regular pizza only thinner. Also as you... can see it didn't cover the crust like it was advertised. It was still pretty good, as were the cheese sticks and dessert!Ordering online is always a breeze and it's here in a fairly decent amount of time, which is refreshing given how horrible oneof these orders/deliveries can go. So my night started with having a free Large 2 item pizza from Papa Johns pizza. I figured the restaurant was a football field... away and pizza sounded good. I had to order the pizza online which I did- 1 large pepperoni, sausage, Black olive and mushroompizza with crispy thin crust. Door dash would be delivering the pizza - I started to watch the tracking of the pizza. I saw thatthe delivery driver was at the store and that it wouldn?t be long now, but something was a miss - the pizza was going in acompletely wrong direction?. 20- 25 minutes later a customer service representative from DoorDash called to tell me that thedriver couldn?t find my apartment building - I can see the store from my apartment building. Door dash told me that the deliverydriver was at National Jewish hospital looking for me?? I am not at that location. I look at the tracking of pizza and it tellsme that the driver canceled the order?. He canceled the order?. I won?t bring the name of the driver into this, but I couldhave. I called the store where the pizza was made and explained to Darius who is the GM of the Papa Johns store, he was verynice and told me he would remake the pizza and deliver it to me within a half hour. Darius went out of his way to take care ofthis issue. Greg was the delivery driver for Papa Johns and was the one who was hurrying up the stairs to get it to us. I have always been happy with Papa John?s, but the last 2 orders from this place have been a disaster. So far it?s been 1hr... 20min and we still don?t have our pizza, that was supposed to be here in 43-53 minutes. I called the store and they said ?uhh itshould be there in another 5 minutes. Last time the pizza was burnt and too big for the box so it was smushed. Not sure what isgoing on? Read more
