Charged me for something I didn't order nor did I get. I noticed at check out and asked about it. They said they can't do... refunds??? Gave me an appetizer I didn't want as recompense??? The food was good and the staff was as friendly as they can be considering the person who seemed to be the manager looked so... disinterested in her job. My order taker seemed very frustrated which I get because it was busy and they had one guy trying tokeep up with the product while the, who I assume to be, manager was kicking around boxes in the back. She did finally come overto help but there was at least 15 plates backed up before she stepped in. The energy a leader needs to present and exude willfollow the employees working behind them. Had some good young kids but only giving this visit a 3 star because that managerseemed very unhappy and unattached from her job, like she was forced to be there. Great as usual. Even with a line of customers, the service was fast. The serving sizes are plentiful and tasty. The quantity and... quality is good and at a low price. Not a lot of parking in this section. You may have to park in the King Soopers parking lotand walk a short distance. It's worth it though. This location doesn't have a drive-thru like newer locations. I still recommendfor a quick tasty meal, affordable for the family, and good service. Read more

The food tasted okay but off! They didn't have any egg rolls. I asked for teriyaki sauce to go with my teriyaki chicken and... instead got two sweet and sour sauces. I probably wouldn't have wrote this review if I didn't open my fortune cookie to find outthere was no fortune in the cookie. ???? Read more
I used to come here most of the time but lately its been really bad. Customer service is rude. The food is really been drenched... in ALOT of sauce and I ordered two kids meals and they didnt have any choclate chip cookies so I asked can the price be lowersince the meal wasnt complete the girl standing in the back round looked at me as if I was stupid. Well I paid full price thenoodles been tasting super bad like smoked oil. ???? Update thought I would give it a try omg this place ka disgusting orangechicken was drenched in sauce noodles tasted of smoke and angus steak was raw i threw away my sweetfire chicken breast tasted ofgas. They switched it to the honey seseme chicken breast omg so soggy and tasked smokey. Idk if anybody has this problem but Icalled them out on it. Honestly, as much as I love this food, I am really getting tired of the service issues. I ordered online for delivery, and... more than once, they've forgotten the teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken. Thinking this was a delivery issue, I went totheir drive through, they forgot the sauce and i had to go into the restaurant. I went to the same drive through a month laterand they didn't have the grilled chicken for the order... the grill was down or something. I went to a different Pandalocation (this one), I ordered the teriyaki chicken, got to the register and I noticed no teriyaki sauce, so I asked... theysaid they were out of sauce. Why didn't they tell me this issue when I asked for the "teriyaki" chicken?! The person at theregister apologized, but also asked me, the customer, "what do you expect me to do?" I decided to save them an ear full, paidfor my order and went home with my food, without teriyaki sauce. I want their management to improve on these issues.
