I hate that this is the closest Noodles to me, I?ve never had issues at Noodles until this has been the closest location to me.... EVERY SINGLE TIME there is something missing from my order. At first, I chalked it up to a delivery issue, when I went intonight (and last time I went in as well), I come out with multiple things missing from my order. After working 12 hour days,I?d like for the expensive food i?m buying to AT LEAST be in the bag, so I don?t have to either go all the way back or justaccept losing my money. Absolutely ridiculous. This location needs a serious deep clean, or a visit from a health inspector. I honestly thought about walking out the door... after I walked in but my fiancé was set on eating there for dinner. We were there on 10/6/2022 around 4:30pm. I can onlyimagine how gross the kitchen is based on the appearance of the lobby. The windows looked like they hadn?t been cleaned in along time. The floors were nasty and had black grime all over them with crumbs and trash all over the place. The tables andbooths had not been wiped or wash all day and there was trash and crumbs on the benches and seats. I?m not expecting a 5 starexperience going to a Noodles but I would hope that the establishment would have process in place for cleaning measures. Read more

This was so, so terrible. I?m a loyal customer and it usually takes a lot for me to ?complain? but man this chicken was more... burnt than burnt is. Please address it with your cooks, employees that this is really unacceptable I could have somewhere elseand given them my business. Read more
GrubHub order review: They gave us side orders instead of regular orders. Japanese noodles with steak came with no steak. Every... little thing came in separate containers so coldness is all but a guarantee at that point. Called to inquire and they said theycannot do anything about the quality of my order. Don't eat here, pasta is really easy to cook. Read more
