Seems to be pretty unorganized. 4 people standing in the front ignoring customers while 3 people are actually preparing the... food. One girl handed a man his food and he said, "thank you so much, have a good night." And she just replied, "yeah." Iwouldn't mind paying $40 for a few bowls of noodles if it came with some good customer service. Maybe they need to cap theirintake on online orders so the staff isn't overworked and unhappy? I'm sure most people would be happier if they placed an orderand was given a 30 minute wait time, instead of a 10 minute pick up time and then end up waiting 30 minutes after the originaltime told it would be ready. This is my second time trying to pickup an order for door dash here. The staff couldn?t care less that you?re waiting, the bags... are all turned around so that you cannot see the names on them. Both times I am stuck waiting for 15 to 20 minutes in theseorders. This affects the dasher and the customer. This time I was double dashing so my first customers food got cold as I waswaiting. I will not pick up from here again or eat here for that matter. Read more

I come in for lunch often and everyone is super friendly but today I had Nat take my order and she was so sweet. I asked for... parmesan on my food and when she brought it she noticed it was missing and went and got it. Even offered to open the lid I wasstruggling with! Went in tonight for take out after a long day. The staff was so friendly and kind! They gave me two mini rice crispy treats for... my kids. Great energy and the food was delicious. Thank you from a tired mom??. Please let your staff know that their hard workis appreciated ??. Read more

Ordered from Doordash but it wasn't their fault, it was NOODLES! When we got our food... ???????????? My pot stickers were... *flat* *flat* and I had absolutely NO sauce on my noodles. When I called the location to let them know what had happened, thestupid gal behind the phone said that the pot stickers were flat because of the grill... Ummm... They're pan fried, not grilled.??????? I asked if they had a new cook.... Nope. So sad. Not ordering from here again. My dog enjoyed the food though. What awaste. Read more

FOOD WAS AMAZING!! Spicy Korean was incredible Restauraunt was DIRTY As several tables were not clean so it was hard to find a... place to sit Never saw anyone cleaning the whole time there :/ Floors had DAYS of dirt.
