So sad I have to leave a bad review, because I used to love this place. As of the last year though, the two young Hispanic girls... who have been working there have been draining the flavors an hour plus before they close, im guessing because they are eager toget out of there early? One of the reasons I loved this place is for the variety of flavors and that they stay open late, but ifyou're only giving us 3 flavors to choose from 2 hours before you close, what's the point? First off ? I?m not really a yogurt fan. I guess not your usual fan, but I do crave Menchie?s. The variety of flavors and all of... the toppings are great- I feel like I?m cheating when I?m really not. We have had temperatures in the mid to high 90?s quiteoften lately and Menchie?s hits the spot each and every time. Absolutely love their frozen yogurt! Best flavors and reasonably priced! And you can sample flavors so you know what your... getting! Cashier's are friendly and polite!! Today's visit 7/7/2022 was delicious and refreshing with Menchie's Frozen Yogurt! Ienjoy the switch up on flavors from season to season. The pineapple is excellent along with vanilla and New York cheesecakeflavors. I would give this location ZERO STARS if I could. My daughter got a great report card and begged to come back to menchies... because the last time we visited was about a year ago and tried to use the restroom,but it was still covid masking ???? up timesand they said we couldn't use the restroom. As confused as we were, we figured it had something to do with covid, but apparentlythey haven't had a working restroom this WHOLE TIME !!!! So we refuse to EVER eat at this location EVER AGAIN ! If the employeesdon't have access to a working restroom and SOAP AND WATER come on HELLOO NO THANKS !!!!! I prefer to get sick for FREE !!!! Read more

Great frozen yogurt. Toppings were well presented and all were full. Clean atmosphere and sanitizer and gloves were provided.... The employee that worked this Sunday was not very friendly and didn't acknowledge our greeting. Management might do well toensure friendly employees are available to provide great customer service. I like the location close by where I live. Busy little place. Good variety. I laugh at how they have BIG bowls. One size only. I... only wanted a little so that is all I got. Does not make the cutest presentation but I walked out only spending $2.28. Read more
