Just a regular McDonalds review. The restaurant I go to on Quincy is only about a year old, so it delivers on the atmosphere... you'd expect. Check your order when you go there. Well? I was almost impressed by this new store. The first few times we went there, they actually got our order right! However,... apparently they are now just like all the other McDonalds? IE cant get a simple order right. Tonight forgot our nuggets dipsauce and straw for kids meal. I guess they?ll never rise to Chick-fil-A status, too bad, seemed promising for the first fewtrips! Worst McDonald's location I've ever gone to Rude employees I've never in my life been treated with so much dis respect in my... life for ? Me coming to spent my money there then I get the coldest most gross looking fries and 2 un eat able cheese burgers. Icould only drink the sprite I got I only went there beacuse I was so so hungry and all i did was waste my money I don't knowwhat the hell that was about but it wasn't the fist time it's happened to me there. Everyone knows McDonald's coke is the best (The soft drink) and I've been a fan of McDonald's Cokefor years. Today at this... location it wasn't the same. I?m not typically a reviewer but must say Do not go to this McDonald?s. Service slow and rude, if you can find someone. There?s... no drink machine accessible for refills, have to go ask and wait forever. Additionally, the drinks were flavorless and nocarbonation. We went because they had a play place for my son. Unfortunately it was occupied by 14+ year olds who didn?t knowhow to use a sentence without swearing every other word. I?m surprised McDonalds corp doesn?t inspect this location. Won?t begoing again. So my son and I often visit this restaurant after our karate class, and usually find it to be a great place and well maintained.... However, the last time we were there, the service was simply horrible. It was in the evening on August 9th, 2022. We go in, andI go to one of the kiosks to order. I place and order for a 4 piece chicken nuggets, a two cheeseburger meal, and afilet-o-fish meal, the drinks being orange soda and coke. I enter our number, pay $17.10 for the meal and wait for the receipt. None was given. Not a big deal. It's happened before without issue. So we wait. 20 minutes go by. My kid is getting hungry. We're watching people who ordered after us get their stuff. I go up to the counter, and I admit, I was a little frustrated. Amanager came up to me, asked me if I was okay, and I said "Yes, but I'm---" He then proceeded to walk away from me before Ieven got a sentence out. The next one ask for the receipt, which I did not have. I showed him the kiosk where I ordered, toldhim exactly what I ordered, what I paid, and asked what could be done about the food that I had paid for. He shrugged and movedonto the next customer. Long story short, I talked to four different individuals, told each one what I had ordered, and each onedismissed everything that I said, even when I had other customers offering to split their meal with us IN FRONT OF THE STAFFbecause they saw me place the order. In fact, at least one of the staff actually laughed in my face. It wasn't until I raisedmy voice and and started shouting for all the restaurant to hear that any thing remotely like customer service was done. Theyhastily through a bag together including two cheeseburgers, a fry, and a fish sandwich. Oh, and I had to yell to get drinks. Igot an orange soda and what tasted like a diet coke. Disgusting individual shalynn treated me and other disabled veterans very badly. All we asked was for the correct order. The... yelling being irate and cursing at us is over the top. You took the job as a manager you shouldn?t have a minimum wage attitude.You set a bad example for the kids working there. Should not be a manager.
