They need to clean their oven or retrain their people...not really sure what's going on with this store but for the past 3 weeks... (at least) EVERY BUN I GET IS BURNT ON THE TOP. Big Macs, hamburgers.....doesn't matter...the bun is burnt. Definitely affectsthe taste too. Won't be coming back to this store anytime soon. Read more

Heavyset Mexican Lady In Blue Shirt, Completely Rude !!! Snatched My Bag From Me Because My Order Was Incorrect.
Just awful. Horribly rude employees. They got my order wrong (as usual) but told me they were busy and to just take the food. I... refused since nothing in my order is what I ordered. I asked for a manager and they said they don?t have one. I gave up and gothome to see fries are only half filled. This store needs to either retrain their employees or CLEAN THEIR OVEN. Every single burger I've received from this store the... past month (at least) has had a BURNED hamburger bun (just the top).
