The night crew is steady screwin up every order I've placed here. I ordered cheeseburgers with only pickles, obviously still... wanting the cheese part, but they put only meat and pickles on it. I got 4 nuggets in each 6-piece I ordered, TWICE. Last time Ionce again asked for only pickles and this time they gave me everything BUT pickles, and when I asked for no onions on anothersandwich they gave me a huge amount of onions. Asked for 1 vanilla shake AND 1 strawberry shake and instead got both of them ashalf vanilla and half strawberry. They just can't seem to get any single food or drink item right. This is the closestrestaurant to where I live, but I'm officially going to a different location out of my way from now on because this is soridiculous. Read more

Ordered online and payed online using my visa. When I arrived, the cashier told me to pay again. He explained payment didn't go... through. I showed him my receipt. He argued with me about how he was right. Finally, I asked for a manager and she was terrible.She was a little girl with a horrible attitude and said the store payed for my meal. I explained that was incorrect. I showedher the online receipt and order number on my phone. I explained to another manager the problem and he too was just asincompetent. Apparently none of these employees or managers have been trained on mobile orders. I also asked for a paper receiptto make a complaint to corporate. The male manager refused until I told him I would not be leaving until I received my receipt. Then the guy finally handed me a wrong receipt after going back and forth. Do not come here. Management and employees suck. Poor customer service and poorly trained. Read more

No menu board inside, this place feels like a clinic to go and sit at for a doctors office. Not a restaurant feel inside.... Employees are not attentive to costumers that look confused with the layout of the store. There are four ordering kiosks thatjust say welcome to McDonald's. Nothing about order here so if you have not used one it just looks like a fancy sign. Then themanagement here act like children, waited 20 minutes to get helped in that time a lady manager in red and a male manager in ablack shirt started playing with squirt bottles spraying 3ach other with water or whatever was in those bottles. Suuuuper long wait, as for some reason they don't really have a front desk - you gotta use the digital ordering screens. That... isn't a terrible thing to have to do, but when they couldn't find my order for ten minutes in the system (even though they hadcharged me) it was pretty annoying. Fifteen minutes really isn't a super long wait to be fair, but it was still pretty annoying.The girl working there though made it up by giving a few extras to the party I was with. Read more

This McDonald's has been wonderful for 8 years. Sadly, lately its almost impossible to just get through the drive-through. 20... plus minutes to get from where you order your food to the window you pay. Then, if you manage to wait that long it's another 10minutes to the next window. Then, when you finally get your "fast" food the order is wrong.....it's disappointing. Not tomention that it took a very long time just to order. We just sat there and waited and waited. No, there wasn't a lot of otherpeople in front of us. We just had to wait. The lady who took the order was rude. It's just a waist of time now. Read more

Everything was good as usual, I like the ordering kiosks. It's been a while since I've been able to/had the time to go inside an... actual restaurant, but the lack of counter was unsettling. While I have anxiety and prefer as little interaction with people asneeded, it is uncomfortable that there is no way to speak with any of the employees. There is no customer service aspect at all.
