This store takes no pride in the quality of food they serve or the in customer service of getting the order correct. Multiple... orders whether I take out or have delivered the order is always missing items and I have to go back to the store to pick it up.The last time, the bun on my quarter pounder was so hard it must have been sitting out for a long time to be that dried out. Ihave even asked the person at the window to check the order, rudely hands to me and says it's all there, all the burgers weremissing. Really need took at their quality control. Thank you for absolutely ruining my order of bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle meal and egg mc muffin. Sausage, all of it.... Charged for what I wanted, definitely didn't get it. Let me preface this by saying I lived within a mile or so of this McD's for about 10 years and never came here. Not once. Only... recently did I stop in for a sausage and egg McMuffin and cold coffee drink. I was surprised at the decor. Surprised because itdidn't seem to fit a boring corporate look, especially considering how colorful it was. The woman I ordered from was very niceand had a great sense of humor. If McDonald's doesn't keep her, she'll have great successes elsewhere. The McMuffin was goodand the coffee drink-thing was good enough for the price I paid. So disappointed, if an establishment is agreeing to be open 24 hours they should agree to serve fresher food. We received fries... that looked 2 days old and burgers that had hard meat and buns with a fresh pickle. Please consider how you would feel toreceive old food. Read more
Ordered online to eat in. I was not greeted when I entered the restaurant nor when I approached the counter. Staff were coming... and going, but seemed to look right through me. The order status monitor was down and I had no way of knowing if my order wasreceived and in process. Dining room air conditioning and lights were turned down so the dining room was very warm and dimlylit. The WiFi was not functional. I like McDonald's, but this is the second poor experience I have had at this location. Read more
